The Chaos left Blazz behind and drove straight through the portal to Beru. They still had a lot of Waypoints to open to escape the cursed Triangle. "What are you pondering, landlubber? Rejoice that we have made bones from our bodies," said Calabrass. "Yes, you're right, but the more Waypoints we open, the more I wonder what will become of all of us. Especially how will Dad react when his daughter comes back home after 15 years?" Calabrass looked away at this sentence, but Zak fortunately did not notice it. "But it's not that far yet, that means we should appreciate our time here." Zak smiled and looked back at the sea. Suddenly, he saw a dark creature in a flash before his eyes. Zak flinched, grabbing his head again. "Is there something wrong?" Calabrass asked suspiciously. "No, no, I'm fine."

Ria came on deck and joined Zak.

R: "You did really well."

Z: "I'm not worried about Bones..."

R: "You'll make it, I'm firmly convinced of that. What did you find out?"

Z: "Well, not much more than I've already told you. But they said that your amulet absorbs more forces than just those from the Triangle."

R: "I didn't know anything about that yet!"

Z: "I suggest we try this theory."

Ria grinned. She was actually glad that Zak was here, but she didn't like to think about how her dad would react on her return.

Zak headed for a small island, overgrown with a huge forest. Confused, Cece followed her Captain. "What's going on? Are there any problems?" "Nope!" replied Zak in a good mood. Cece saw Crogar just shrugging. "Don't look at Crogar." Ria looked at herself intrigued. "If what you say is true, then I just have to absorb the essence of nature?" Zak nodded eagerly.

They walked further into the forest, and Ria discovered an old pasture that stood by the river. Carefully, she touched the tree and a greenish aura formed around it. "Did it work?" asked Caramba. But Ria could not answer because a ghostly being rose in front of them. "I am Zura, the Guardian of Nature. You now carry my essence in you and I will help you to use this power." Ria frowned. "Why are you so quick to agree?" "When you came into contact with me, I felt your aura. You are a good person to whom I can entrust my power." Zura suddenly spotted Zak. "Zak Storm? My friends have already told me about you." Zak smiled sheepishly and Zura bowed. Shortly thereafter, she disappeared into the amulet. "Guardian of Nature! Give me your strength!" Ria wore light green armour. "Wow, that actually works!"

While everyone was completely fascinated, Cece looked around a bit. She discovered a small cave that reminded her of a small house. But when a resident saw her, he fled in fear. "I'm not going to hurt you." In his haste, a page from a book had been lost. She was cunning and barely legible, but Cece discovered the image of Calabrass, the amulet and a young woman. Cece paused: Had this woman had something to do with Calabrass? Unnoticed, she put away the page. Should she show it to Zak? She wanted to discard her thoughts and return to the Chaos, but still she wouldn't let go of this question.
