Cece believed she had made that up herself. "That's a joke, isn't it?" "No, take a look for yourself!" said Ria. "How is chocolate going to stop Skullivar, who will make slices out of us as soon as we go near him?" Ria quickly flipped on and actually found some useful information. "Here it says that chocolate has a burning effect on... uhhh, the body of skeletons." Cece still looked suspicious. "Well, I don't know if that's such a good idea." "Hey, it's worth a try and besides, we don't have a better plan and we have nothing to lose." "But our lives," Cece replied loudly. "Well, okay, that too... I mean, apart from that." "That's all well and good, but where are we going to get a full load of chocolate now?" Ria grinned deviously and ran straight back to the Chaos. The rest could do nothing more than follow her.
On Marituga
"I know exactly the right person who has almost an entire bunker full, for fear that the chocolate would run out." They turned into a small side street. "You wait and see!" "You don't want to seriously...?" "Oh, that's exactly what I want," Ria said resolutely. "Well, you have officially lost your mind today."
Ria knocked on Sassafrass's door and the witch opened it with a grumpy face. "Not you again!" she said annoyed, and slammed the door in their faces. "Ria, Sassafrass will never give in to us." Ria tried again. "Sassafrass, we need your help! We have to stop Skullivar and that is only possible if you... well, you could sacrifice us some chocolate from your bunker." Nothing happened until the old witch opened her door and let them in. "Did I hear you correctly? Chocolate? One of the strongest weapons against the skeletons, I can't just give that to you." Ria looked at Sassafrass harshly: "As long as Skullivar has Zak under control, there is nothing we can do. You're our only chance... it is for the salvation of the world." Sassafrass rolled her eyes. "Okay, well, you can have some of it, but at a good price." "Sassafrass!" "Which we can negotiate later as soon as you have saved the triangle," the witch improved.
The crew left the side street with a bag full and made their way back to the docks. "Somehow I have the feeling that this will completely backfire," Cece pointed out. "Then we'll just improvise," Ria replied without turning around. "Ria, at some point, you will be my death," Cece replied. "Trust me, what is the probability that my plans will go wrong?" "Statistically, your plans only work 40% of the time-" Ria looked at Caramba poisonously. "Thank you, Caramba, that's enough."
They boarded the Chaos and set out again for Vapir. "I just hope the book is right." "Oh, you hope?" said Cece. Ria put on a smile of innocence. Cece rubbed her temples. "You are still bringing me to the grave."
