QUESTION OF THE CHAPTER: Who do you look up to the most? Family, friend, someone you know, celebrity...

Hotch managed to get the team focused on the case during the plane ride. And by the team he meant the kids.

So far, Thaleia hadn't added anything to the information that flew around the plane on the Unsub: she just listened. The rest could tell she was focused on that, trying to gather as many information as possible and -unfortunately- keeping the ideas to herself.

The team walked into the police station, where they set all of their stuff and got ready to work. The leader approached Thaleia, wanting to talk with her for a second before she joined the rest. Reid noticed their physical behaviour and couldn't help but be curious about what Hotch wanted to talk about.

"Relax, kid. He's not gonna steal your girlfriend" Morgan joked.

"Stop it. She's not my girlfriend"

"Yet"

"Never" he closed himself shut. The Doctor kept to himself as he studied the map in front of him, marking down where the kids lived and where they were taken from and writing down the date they went missing along with when the parents received the body part.

On the other side of the door, Hotch was speaking with Thaleia, and by the looks of it, they were speaking about something serious.

"The agent who took you to the airport told me why you will be working on this case" he started "I don't like the fact that they didn't give my team and I a choice on it, but apparently neither did you"

"No, I didn't. They just called me and told me to prepare for a case"

"What's in the USB that the man gave me?"

Thaleia was taken back at the question "You haven't looked at it yet?" she asked lifting an eyebrow.

"I will once we finish this talk. But I want you to tell me what I will find. I have to know if I can trust you"

"If you trust me or not, is your decision- don't involve me on it" she crossed her arms over her chest "As to what you will find... I guess it's just my superior explaining why I have been assigned to participate in the case, why and how my abilities can help or some stuff like that. He might have included some of the other cases I've been part of to prove to you that I am capable of doing this job"

"Would that be all?"

"He most likely included a couple of 'warnings', as he calls them" she used finger quotes on the word "Just stuff to be weary of: don't give me a gun, don't let me do this or that... A how to use guide, basically"

"Okay. Get in there and start working. Ask who needs help. Once I'm back, I'll see how to arrange things"

"Aye, Sir"

"And Thaleia" she stopped walking and turned to look at the man "Don't cause any trouble with Reid"

The girl smiled at that: they really thought the two hated each other's guts -which at some point might have been true-. She knew how to behave and keep things professional... it's just that she didn't like to do so.

"So you have access to all of your system back in Quantico?" Thaleia asked leaning over Garcia's shoulder. The technical analyst jumped at the sudden voice, as she wasn't really expecting it.

"Yes" she replied anyway.

"Cool" the girl breathed out.

"Alright" Morgan walked over to the table "What do we know about the Unsub so far?" Thoughts started flying around the room:
