QUESTION OF THE CHAPTER: Favourite book at the moment?

The moment the boy-genius entered Thaleia's room, there was nothing that could get him out, which everyone understood and no one commented on.
Just like Garcia, Spencer only left the girl's side to shower and change clothes while the analyst watched over. He didn't even leave the room when the nurses came in to wash his colleague and whom he was so scared to admit that he thought was the love of his life.
It was three in the morning. Reid was seated on the stool -like he had been for the past week-, his hand holding hers and head resting on the mattress. He was in that stage where you're not asleep yet you're not fully awake, where things feel like a dream.
"Yo..." the sudden raspy voice took the young Doctor by surprise and upon the quick movement of pulling back so he could look up, the stool slipped away because of the wheels, which made him fall on the floor "So classy..."
Spencer stood up as quick as possible and his eyes scanned the room. His whole world stopped when he met the green ones he had been waiting for so long to see again "He- hey" he spoke, trying to keep his tone and volume down.
"Hey" they stared at each other for what felt like forever, a small smile on the girl's lips along with tired eyes and a look of confusion and shock in his "Sup'?"
"I-" he didn't know what to say. He had been waiting for that moment to happen for so long and now... now his head was empty of words "I should- I should call the uh... the doctor"
"I thought you were a doctor" she tried to crack a joke. Her weak laugh was cut short because of the pain on her side. Reid made a move to leave the room but stopped when she called out to him "Not yet, please"
How could he deny her request?
"Okay" he sat back down on the stool "But soon"
"Define soon" the girl teased again, staying in silence for a little bit before asking "How long have I been out? I feel like I took the longest nap ever" she looked to the side and into his eyes.
"A couple of weeks, more or less"
"Jeez... I don't think I've ever slept for so long" she frowned "Never again, I feel like shit"
"I don't think the reason you feel like that is because of the sleep, but rather your injuries, the stress your body went through, the mental strength you put up... that takes a toll on you"
"Yeah, that was my second option" she was relieved to see that the boy still had that awkwardness when it came to sarcasm "How are you feeling?"
Spencer let out a humourless chuckle "You are the one who almost died and has been unconscious for two weeks and you're asking me how I'm feeling?"
"Well... yeah- I already know how I'm feeling" she smiled at him to show she was joking.
"I'm okay"
"No you're not"
"I thought you didn't know how I was feeling?"
"When did I say that?" the kids were happy to have their old bickering "How many hours have you slept?"
"I don't know..." upon seeing the look she gave him, he rolled his eyes in a teasing manner "Seven-hundred and fifty minutes"
"Your brain needs more than that, Bubbles..." she sighed "Come on" Thaleia tried to move to the side on her own, but the pain she felt was still quite intense for her to do it, so she gestured for the boy to help her switch positions, patting her side once she was comfortable "Pat pat"
