I woke up at the gates of the Underworld. I could see Hermès herding groups of new souls before sending them off across the Styx, Charon awaiting them to ferry in his small wooden boat. I opened my fist, seeing a coin inside

I thought about him, remembering how he died. He took my armor, fate speared him in the stomach. Rage overtook me, destruction in 10,000 Greeks paths. Lightning struck down from the sky, The King stopped me from killing anyone else

I was eventually herded into a small group of souls from Hermès. They all recognized me and said thank you for your service. I quietly thanked them as I kept thinking about him

Finally I paid Charon and got in the wooden boat. We floated across the murky and dismal waters of the Styx. Cerberus was about to bark but was strangely quiet when he saw me

The boat stopped at a small dock, leading up to the grand Obsidian Palace where The Lord and Lady of the Underworld resides

I thanked Charon and climbed out of the boat, seeing the large doors open for the judging of today

I walked inside, seeing Hades sit absentmindedly on his throne while stealing glances at Persephone who was currently making a pink flower grow in his hair

I stepped closer to their thrones, hearing protests from souls who got sent to Tartarus

We arrived at the doors of Elysium, The Lady turned the knob and the two of us stepped inside. It was a peaceful paradise, I recognized other Heroes as we walked to where Virgil is

We stopped at at a section that was guarded by a gate. At the top, a sign was entitled Elysium's Greatest Lovers

Persephone opened the gates, no creaks and sounds were made. We walked along the path, embedded in it were roses courtesy of the Lady herself. We walked along a neighborhood of houses, I didn't see a sign that said Roman and Virgil anywhere

I was about to say where is Virgil when I was shushed by Persephone, she said that everything is ok and that I'll see him

She grew a red rose for me as we stopped at a gazebo

He loves roses, I always carry the scent after going to your temple and paying respects with the flowers with him

You two were the only ones who cared to pay respects at my temple, Hades is unfortunately hated amongst the living and I carry the hatred too after choosing to eat the seeds and staying with him. He is kind once you get past his stoic exterior

He cries too, I walk forward to hold him in my arms again after this long. I picked him up bridal style so that I can put the Rose in his wonderful purple dyed hair

We left the gazebo, he gave me directions to our eternal house in Elysium. We opened the door, I immediately found the Master Room upstairs. We found nightwear and got changed, laying down comfortably in the bed

I gently pulled Virgil closer to me, giving him room for him to bury his face into me thus giving us warmth and a very good feeling of safety and security

We stayed in Elysium for eternity, Persephone kept her promise and delivered bouquets and roses whenever she can.

We got word that our ASHES are together, just what I asked before I died
