Roman reached Remus's office to try and shut down the club, freeing Virgil in the process. Green Smoke poured out under the door from Remus smoking a special cigarette just for him. A mugshot number was tattooed on his hand that was empty

You have to shut down your Club! The staff barely get any pay first off, and Virgil would be more happy
