Virgil and Roman are SUPERNATURAL creatures, born into the highest of their kind

Virgil is a Vampire, locked up in his room by his ancestors in fear he'll run away and break the sacred traditions of his family

Roman is a Werewolf, free to do whatever he wants. His parents didn't have any traditions and let their son be normal in a Monster society. Their only rule is to stay away from the Blades, Werewolves and Vampires are in a century-long feud that has been around for a very long time

A hopeless romantic, Roman had many partners but they were just a fling. Until he accidentally stumbled upon the Blade Vampiric mansion and saw his future husband for eternal life

Virgil was looking out his only window and saw a figure outside the gates, he told his best friend/servant Talyn that there's someone on their grounds

Talyn rushes outside to chase away an unwanted visitor, praying that it's not a Werewolf. They bring along a pocket knife for self defence

Well what do you know, Roman was outside the gates of the Blade Mansion, hoping that he can learn more about the mysterious window man. Talyn points the pocket knife through the iron gates and aims at Romans neck

=Talyn=
Who are you and what are you doing on the grounds of the Blade Mansion?!

Roman immediately sees the 2 fangs inside Talyn's mouth, he backs away slowly

{Roman}

=Talyn=

They still are brandishing the pocket knife

He points to Virgil's window

His names Virgil Blade, part of a long line of Blade Vampires. If you're asking why he's in his room well he's locked inside in fear that he might run away and break the many Vampiric traditions. I'm Talyn, they/them. Virgil's best friend and one and only servant to cater his every need

Talyn stops pointing the pocket knife at Roman

{Roman}
Nice to meet you, I'm Roman. Please don't suck my blood

He stuck out a hand through the iron gates of the Blade Mansion

Talyn shook Romans hand

=Talyn=
Don't worry, I'm something called a Vampire Vegetarian meaning I don't suck blood. It's a rare gene that's occasionally found in 1 or 2 members of each Vampire Family, Virgil also is one from his Father Janus Blade

{Roman}
Good to know! Are you the only social interaction Virgil ever had? Does he go to Vampire school? Any friends besides you?

=Talyn=
His parents are too busy with holding up their sacred name and legacy to even look after Virgil but sometimes they set time to have a self care day installed by Janus. Virgil is homeschooled and I'm his only and best friend, why do you ask?

{Roman}
He just seems lonely being cooped up in his room 24/7

=Talyn=
I would set him free from the bounds of his room but I can't since I serve him therefore his entire bloodline

{Roman}
Is he rebellious?

=Talyn=
Very, he keeps trying to escape but he has to stay within these cold Mansion walls. His other father Remus has to put many locks on his door and window

{Roman}
How long has he been in there?

=Talyn=
Since he was 9, Virgil's now 16

{Roman}
Wow, is it ok that he can go outside for one day? He needs fresh air and other contact besides his family and you

=Talyn=
Fine, I hold the key to his heavily locked window, there's a door that you can't see from the front which leads to his balcony, it's a pretty short climb if you use the vines to get there

{Roman}

If you're wondering about the gate, my partner Joan is the operator so they'll be cool with it. I would recommend to use a password to get in the grounds, The family always uses Nightingale

Ok! Thanks again Talyn! Tell Virgil that he'll be expecting a visitor past the full moon

~Later past the full moon~

Roman sneaks back to the gates of the Blade Mansion

Joan unlocks the gates, later closing them

Roman runs over to the vines and climbs them, knocking on the balcony door. He quickly got back down

Virgil heard the knock from his balcony

Hello?

{Roman}
Down here!!

Virgil looks down and sees someone he recognized from earlier

Who are you??

{Roman}
I'm Roman, the visitor that Talyn told you about

Virgil remembered that Talyn told him about a visitor coming past the full moon

¥Virgil¥
Ok then, I'm Virgil. Can you please help me? I need to get out of this stuffy Mansion

{Roman}
Of course, just climb down those vines and come with me!!

Virgil climbed down the vines and took Romans hand, each of them felt a shiver down their spine

They brushed it off as they went to the gates

{Roman}
Nightingale

Joan reopens the gates, shutting behind as Roman and Virgil left the Mansion

{Roman}
If you want you can stay with me and my parents, they're the exact opposite of your parents

¥Virgil¥
That would be amazing

{Roman}
Well then follow me!

They went past the sign that says:
Now Leaving: Vampire Village

They walked and saw a sign that says:
Now Entering: Werewolf Square

Virgil saw the sign and let go of Romans hand

This is why you came past the full moon, you're a Werewolf and I'm a Vampire. What family are you from?

{Roman}
I'm a Fenris

Virgil started to tear up

Your parents will hate me the moment they see my fangs, our families have been feuding for centuries and just say that I'm evil

{Roman}
You're not evil, you're different than your ancestors which I can tell from the moment I saw you. I can explain to my parents that you're nothing like your parents

Roman wiped a tear from Virgil with his thumb and stared into his beautiful purple and green eyes

{Roman}
I'll do the talking and convincing myself, you can stay in my room. I have a spare air mattress so you can use it, I'll let you borrow extra clothes to use and we'll share my bathroom. I have grocery duty so you can make a list and I'll get it for you since you cant be in the sun

Virgil took Roman's hand again
Roman gently raised it and kissed it
Virgil blushed softly

They arrived at Romans house, finding it empty. Dad and Father must be out, Roman thought to himself
