Virgil and Roman have a cabin in the WOODS. They go there for a winter retreat on Presidents Day Weekend

It's outside a trailer park but on woodland ground, it's legal for people to build houses in that area

The couple enlisted Romans brother Remus's building company Trash Rat Building Corp to help out with the cabin

It's 2 stories and made of lumber, there's a porch and hot tub along with a pool table

The inside is very cozy and comfortable. It has an outdoorsy vibe with flannel and fireplaces

On this night on particular, Roman and Virgil was cuddling on the couch when they heard a tapping from the sliding porch door. Virgil saw a frozen cat, it was shaking and on the verge of freezing. Virgil opened the door and picked up the cold cat

This furry friend was outside the door, they're very cold and needs warmth, can we keep them?

Virgil didn't know the gender of the cat so he used they/them for now

Yeah, luckily you have a feline friend to hiss at

Virgil hissed at his boyfriend and set the cat down in front of the roaring fire. He went back on the couch and got into the same position before on Romans lap, Roman smiled softly and kissed Virgil's forehead and temple

The cat got defrosted and took the empty spot on the 2 person couch. Virgil fell asleep in Romans lap, Roman picked him up and carried him to their bed, Virgil got set down and tucked in by his boyfriend. Roman quickly made a run to the nearest pet store and got cat necessities like a bed, toys, and food

Roman got changed and crawled next to Virgil, wrapping his arms around him. The cat got accustomed to the bed and fell asleep. The couple were dozing off with each other, happy that they had another addition to their family
