Virgil was cursed at a very young age by a being called the Dragon Witch

His fate was to prick himself and die

One of his guardians Janus, changed it

Instead of death, Virgil would fall asleep, and only True Loves Kiss would wake him up

Virgil was taken by Janus and another guardian, Remus to live with until the CURSE came in place

Virgil lived in a small cottage in the woods with Janus and Remus, away from his biological parents King Patton and King Logan

One day, Virgil was going through the thick woods to go to a grove to pick fruit

On his way, he heard the neighs of a horse

Roman was exploring the forest, as a mini adventure to himself. He packed up his horse and trotted through the woods

Roman spotted a man, wearing a black cloak and purple shirt. He was in love

Roman quickly left the woods in fear of being found by the mysterious figure

Virgil managed to get the fruit and told Janus and Remus of the horse neighs he heard on the way

The next day, Virgil heard the same neighs and saw the horse. It had a royal seal on the saddle. Roman was done sharpening his sword and cane face to face with his mysterious love

Greetings, beautiful stranger

Hi, who are you?

Oh my apologies, I'm Prince Roman, I'm visiting from a neighboring kingdom

Ok, I'm Virgil and I live in a cottage in this woods with my parents Janus and Remus

{Roman}
Cool, care for a dance?

I never learned, I might step on your toes

{Roman}
It's alright, I'll teach you

A couple hours later, the two were dancing in the woods in synchronization. Roman fell more in love with Virgil and was about to kiss him when someone called out for Virgil

I have to go, sorry Roman

{Roman}
It's quite alright, hopefully we can meet again soon

Yeah, hopefully

He went back to the cottage and got told that he was needed at the royal palace because the CURSE was about to take place

Janus, Remus and Virgil set off to the castle. Virgil wandered off to a small room. There was only 3 things in it: a bed, a vase of roses, and a spindle

Virgil got drawn to the spindle and pricked his pale finger. He fell to the ground immediately, falling asleep

Janus and Remus saw the CURSE take place. They found Virgil in the small room and put him on the bed with a rose in his hands

It was up to Roman to slay the Dragon Witch

He slayed it after a couple of defeats and blows

Roman climbed the castle stairs and went to the small room where Virgil is

Roman did the only logical fairytale thing to do, which is to kiss a corpse

Roman kissed Virgil, he woke up and saw Roman with him. He smiled and kissed Roman again as a way to say thank you for waking him up

Later on, King Patton and King Logan died and gave their kingdom and land to Virgil. He and Roman got married and had 2 children which they named Remy and Thomas. The couple ruled over their new kingdom and lived happily ever after

Roman tucked his sons in and picked up Virgil bridal style. He shut the door to Thomas and Remy's room and went to their own. Roman put Virgil down on their bed and went to the other side of him. Roman later fell asleep, too tuckered out from his story
