We continued talking with Sebastian before an idea came to me.

"Seb, could I speak with you for a moment?" I asked and he nodded, taking me back to a different part of the garage.

"How may I help?"

I sighed heavily. "I have shares in Mercedes and McLaren right now. I'm thinking about pulling my shares from Mercedes and going to Haas."

Sebastian chuckled. "So, you've heard the rumors too. If I may be so bold, why did you invest in McLaren?"

"Story is Toto suggested is diversify my shares, but Lando's father convinced me to invest in McLaren," I explained. "I feel like my loyalties should lie with Mick."

"Right now, if Mick gets moved to F1 the last thing he'll need is his wife providing funding to his team. He already gets so much attention on the name, which at some point you will too, this would be like another blow." Seb explained to me.

I truly took his advice to heart. Also realizing people weren't lying when they said Seb is one of the nicest and caring drivers on the Grid. Honestly, I can't believe we haven't' talked more at this point.

"Would you come to dinner, before Portugal?" I asked.

"Your home in Paris?"

"No, Switzerland. Somewhat of a secret address."

"I would love to, but I must ask what the occasion is?" he replied.

I shrugged slightly. "I'd like to get to know you better. Your relationship with Mick is special, and he really does appreciate your advice."

Sebastian smiled. "I would love to join," he replied. "Not to be bold, but should you ever feel the need for someone to let your problems out to or need advice or just to talk, I can be somewhat available. I know you haven't really had a father figure, so if you need a person...I'd be okay with that."

Wordlessly, I wrapped my arms around Sebastian for a moment before giving him a smile. We walked back into the main part of the garage where Mick looked at us curiously but brushed it off when I rejoined him at his side.

It was a happy day at the track for everyone. I was happy to have a confidant and of course over the moon to be engaged. Things are beginning to look up in my own little world.

"Could you invite Callum to dinner next Saturday at my home?" I asked Mick as we walked through the track.

"Yes, but I wanted to speak to you about the housing situation," he stated. "What will our main house of residence be especially if we decide to have a family."

I stopped in front of Mick to look him in the eye. "Could we have this conversation in a more private location? Possibly on my plane back to Switzerland?"

"What if I wanted to do something different on the plane," he whispered back with a smirk.

Returning the smirk, I kept walking toward the Mercedes garage. It was nice being able to be in the action despite the virus. All I know is that there will be a big episode on Drive to Survive at some point in time.

Lewis was in the garage when we entered to everyone's surprise and I managed to give him another hug.

"I'm so proud of you," I stated.

"I'm proud of you two and I cannot wait till you have children, then I'll get to train the next great racer!" he exclaimed and I watched as Mick's eyes lit up.

I stood alone in this argument. Not wanting my hypothetical kids to grow up in such a dangerous sport, yet it would be dumb to overlook all the advantages they'll have. Their Grandfather, father, Uncles, and others are all drivers.

"You don't want our kids racing?" Mick pouted and I raised a brow.

"Do I want my kids risking their lives and being away from home?" I asked.

Mick hung his head. "I understand that, but––"

"But nothing Mick. I fully understand that our children will probably want to be drivers like the rest of their family. I won't stand in the way of a tradition in the making." I explained.

Mick and Lewis both high-fived each other before parting ways. Mick and I got into an SUV, heading toward the airport, so we could go back to Geneva for some downtime. The ride was mostly silent, as we just enjoyed each other's company after so long of not seeing each other.

When we got on my jet, the questions finally poured in from Mick.

"Did you ever hear me?"

"I heard everything you told me. Like how you wanted to have two kids, get a German Shepherd dog, etc." I replied with a smile.

Mick leaned back in the cream-colored seat across from me with a smirk. "You don't think we are moving too fast or too young?"

"Do you?" I replied as curled tighter into my blanket. Airplanes are always so cold.

He grabbed my hand gently, doing the little thumb rub while shaking his head. A bit of warmth returned to me as I returned the gesture with a smile. Sometimes you just know when someone is right for you.

You only live once, and I've almost died one too many times at this point in my life, I've probably done more dying than living. Now it's time to live a bit. Just let go of the past and keep looking forward.
