After talking a bit more with Lando, Mick and I left his house, heading to the train station to get back to one of our homes. I voted on Monaco since I could work on the design process for this season and make sure to finalize everything.

"Mick...we need to announce this before the media picks this up," I stated once we got on the train.

"Do you really think so?"

"I know so. The biggest name in F1 is having a child with a big name in Hollywood. People will eat this up like candy, with horrible rumors and everything else."

Mick sighed gently. "I know you have to invest in the company, and you've invested, have many parts of S.H. Phoenix, but how much fame and flashy am I about to walk into?"

Yeah, I was anticipating this question at some point. "Well, I dress people for major award shows, along with exclusive fashion shows, all that jazz. On the money aspect...I'll have my finance division go over that with you."

"Why can't you just tell me?"

"Before you met me, I worked for the government and did things for them, that are not on any records, things that are normal officers wouldn't do. My people will go over it with you and have all the legal papers ready." I explained and watched as Mick paled slightly.

"Have you ever killed anyone?" He asked bluntly.

"Yes."

"Anyone important and if so, who."

"Classified."

"Don't pull the bullshit on me now!" he yelled.

"Do you want to die?" I snapped back. "Do you really think the accident that we got in was a coincidence?"

Mick's mouth hung open as he searched for the resemblance of a joke on my face, but he found none.

"Mick, there are people who are out for me, and they want me buried six feet under. Sometimes I wonder if death is going to be from my condition or from a murderer." I whispered.

Silence descended upon the train car as the two of us sat in silence, wondering who should speak next, or if there was anything even to say.

"You need to promise me something if this is going to work," Mick said after a few minutes. "The truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth."

"I promise."

Mick kissed the knuckles of my hand before letting me curl into his side and drift away into a dreamless sleep.

"Stella...Stella, your phone is ringing!" Mick exclaimed, shaking me out of my sleep.

"Hello?"

"Hi, Darling. It's Dr.Lillian, I just wanted to let you know that my nurse gave me the wrong results and it turns out you aren't pregnant."

I felt my heart drop. "I'm not?"

"I'm sorry. If you need anything, feel free to call me at any time." She replied before hanging up, leaving me in a state of shock.

"Hey, it's okay," Mick whispered. "We have all the time in the world."

"You're right! Let's enjoy our first Christmas together." I exclaimed.

Soon the train pulled into the station and we got in a helicopter taking us to Monaco. As we flew over, I saw a white X on the door of the Design House. The sign Maximillian leaves when he truly needs me and only me.

"Land on the roof right now!" I yelled and the pilot obliged.

When he landed, I jumped out and began running, but was thrown back from the force of an explosion. Mick reached and grabbed me, pulling me back inside before I could continue running.

The explosion was from the building next door which was the boutique, but no one was harmed only the building.

"Can you get to Geneva?" I asked the pilot.

"Yes, ma'am."

I nodded and turned to Mick, who looked at me with pure fear. "Mick...Mick, I need you to be strong and to listen to me. You are going to go to Geneva, but you will go to my house. Some of the drivers who I have interacted with will meet you there. No one can get into my house, no one can find it, no one can hurt you there. The pilot works for me and can get out and the other drivers out if need be, but unless he sees it fit to leave, never ever walk out."

"Stella, what's going on?"

"The Endgame," I whispered and the pilot gasped upfront.

"Ma'am, are you serious?"

"Edward, sadly I am."

"What's Endgame?"

"A scenario we imagined when the people we are against start a war between my agency and their group. A few years back, I killed their leader, and ever since then they have been after me, but in small ways. Now, they have momentum and are in it to the end of the line." I explained.

"Will I see you soon?"

"I don't know," I whispered.

"Will I ever see you AGAIN!?" Mick exclaimed.

I looked down, before pressing my lips to Mick's. "I love you," I whispered before jumping out of the helicopter and signaling for the pilot to leave.

This is what I trained for. If I die out at least I know I died leaving hear on good terms with everyone. Yet, the only way for this to stop is if I die. Everyone will be safe. I just need to die.
