It was already around midday when Athena started practicing throwing her knives. Earlier when she had woken up, she went to the dropship to check up on Jasper but it turns out, he was already outside. He was walking around with Octavia by his side.
Odd couple, she thought
She was trying to improve on her strength. In the skybox when she threw knives, it was from a distance of ten feet.
Now that she was on the ground, there would be a really good chance that she would get attacked by a grounder. Judging from Adriel she could tell they were all strong and fast, meaning it wouldn't take long for her to get killed.
She continued throwing her knife as Bellamy strode over to her. "You shouldn't be out here. Grounders killed Wells, you could be next."
"At least I wouldn't have to see you anymore." She snickered in response.
"That's cute." He said sarcastically before continuing, "I'm serious, let's go." He grabbed her knife from the tree and walked away.
"God you're so annoying." She whispered with a groan before following him up to camp.
Walking back with Bellamy was quiet. It wasn't a bad thing, she liked the quiet sometimes.
Once they entered camp again, they both went their separate ways. The brunette went to the left side of camp to work with the others and build a wall, while the blonde went towards the dropship where a special pair of friends were.
"It's still operational." Monty said, while Clarke rubbed her wrist and Finn watched from the entrance.
"Hey." Athena said, looking at Clarke's bare wrist questionably.
"What? Monty needed a working wristband." She quickly said, giving Finn a small glare that didn't go unnoticed by the younger blonde.
"Okay..." she said, walking towards Monty with furrowed brows.
"Anything I could do to help?" Athena asks.
"I don't know if I can patch it through the mainframe." Monty responds looking at a bunch of wires through the wall.
"Actually, I learned a bit from an old friend. We could talk to them by nightfall." Athena responds, as she looks at all the circuits in the wall.
"Here I'll show you, it's basically the same thing you did when Jasper fried the lights when we snuck into Mecha station." Athena said with a small laugh as Clarke and Finn walked out .
"Oh, I know, I know. Thanks baby bird." Monty replies with a snicker.
"Ew, oh my god! We are not bringing this nickname back. I kicked Jasper in the face for calling me that. Don't make me hurt your cute face." She threatened as she walked out the dropship.
