Indra had walked into the room after talking with Athena. She left with distaste painted on her face. Although she's always like that, Athena could see deep down that the fierce warrior had taken a liking to her best friend.

The light brunette walked down the grey and saddening hallways. As she continued walking down the familiar hallway, she could remember the times she would walk hand in hand with her mother. The two of them would take long and fast strides to the big window up ahead.

A few months ago she would see darkness and bright lights, but now she sees the trees. She can see mountains up ahead, striking the clouds with their sharp points.

Athena continues down the corridor, the chains in her outfit clinked with each step. Although you couldn't see it, the brunette could feel the cold metal lay on her chest. During the months away from her family, she never took off the medallion. It was the only piece of family she had left.

Her hair had been pulled into two braids coming down to a low bun. After the spar against Adriel, her hair had been messed up. Hair had been all over the place and some stuck to her face covered in sweat and mud. Of course the mud and sweat on her face had been washed away but she hadn't had time to wash her hair.

Her hair had changed over the months. The dirty blonde hairs had turned darker. Most of her hair was a light brown, some parts still being a dirty blonde.

Now she stood in front of a big grey door. The one she would look up at as a child. Her fingers lingered on the handle. The cool metal slowly heating up from her fingertips. Her breathing faltered as she thought of all the memories that had taken place in the room.

She slowly pushes down on the handle, careful to not make any noise. During the time with Anagosta she had come to realize how annoying it was to make noise. Ana had always been quiet. Never had she made a floorboard creek, soon enough she taught Athena to do the same.

A small breeze blew past her face. The small hairs of peach fuzz on her slightly rough face stood tall. The room looked the same. The same small kitchen on the right, a grey couch facing a tv on the left, and a small table stood to the far wall.

Beside the kitchen was a door. Her old bedroom door. Most kids on the ark had to share a room with their parents. But considering that her father was a member of the council and her mom a well known doctor, they were given a bigger 'apartment.'

She walked into her old room, small drawings were seen on the walls. Pictures of flowers and flaming birds littered her wall. Some were faded and others were deeply scarred into the wall.
