When we get back into the living room, my coworkers are sitting on the couch, waiting to get our statements. The three of us sit down on the other side of the couch, still holding hands. "Ms. Justice, I know this is difficult, but I need to know what happened." Dillon asks. Dillon is one of my best friends so I'm glad he is here. Everyone says we should be twins, him and I look similar. We have the same build, same hair color and eye color. The main difference is he is shorter, he is about five feet nine inches compared to me being over six feet tall. I'm also a lot tanner than him. 

"Dillon, she's had a long night, I'm going to account for what happened for her." I say confidently. He looks at me and shakes his head. "Okay, I guess that's fine man. So, what happened?" "Well, you already know who Khane is and about the issue we had with him. We all went to the bar to blow off some steam, Aria was on stage singing when Khane walked in. I rushed her out while Stephen, Gabriel and Alec kept him from coming for her. I took Aria to stand by the car and told her to shoot him if he tried to harm her. I ran inside to get the others, found Gabriel with a busted nose, and Alec with a split face. They informed me Stephen was outside. That's when I heard the shot fired, I ran outside and saw two males laying on the ground, one was Khane, one was Stephen. Stephen is military so he knows to stay down when shots are fired. I checked Khane's pulse and ran to Aria. I took the gun and consoled her. Khane had a gun pointed at Stephen's back, Aria told him to duck, and she shot him in defense. She saved Stephen's life. That is all."

 Aria stands up, "Excuse me for a moment." She walks over to the bar and pours herself a shot, downs it and then another. Reaching under the bar she grabs a pack of cigarettes and lights one, as she sits on the bar stool. Stephen gets up and goes to sit beside her, grabbing her hand when he sits down. Dillon shoots me a look, "Uhm, I thought you were dating her?" He questions quietly. I laugh, "Well, I am but so is he, it's a long story. I'll fill you in later. Are we good here? She really needs to rest." He nods. "Yeah, it was a justified shot. She won't be charged with anything." Thank God.
