Danica's POV

So recap. Derek and Meredith put Doc down. Derek and Addison separated. Derek and I are on good terms again. Denny died. Izzie quit the program and has been at home baking. The hospital had a prom, I stayed home and got drunk, which led me to be no help with Izzie. Who is currently at home, baking non-stop.

"I told you to guard the door!" Cristina scolds Tyler, the nurse. She got caught by Burke's parents. She was on top of him in red lingerie.

"I had a code blue," Tyler defends.

"I had parents walk in,"

"We saved the guy's life,"

"Whatever. You know, I want my twenty bucks back,"

"Sorry," Tyler apologizes. "Bought everyone coffee, to celebrate saving the guy's life," Tyler then walks away.

"Yeah, I want my twenty bucks back," Cristina hollers at Tyler's retreating figure.

"Hey it's not Tyler's fault you're a dirty, dirty stripper," Meredith teases.

"You heard?" Cristina asks.

"Everyone heard. Stripper," I tease.

"Oh, oh, you both are one's to talk.  Meredith, sleeping with two men, and Dani, sleeping with multiple men and women," I shrug.

"I do what I want," I mutter as I smile at one of nurses as she walks by.

"You slept with her?"

"Maybe,"

"Anyways," Meredith starts. "You're wrong Cristina. I'm not sleeping with either of them, not until I pick one. If I haven't made a decision by the end of the day, I'm flipping a coin. A girl can only hold out for so long,"

"Oh and somehow I'm the dirty stripper, huh,"

"You three have time to round, or are you too busy getting naked on hospital property?" Bailey asks, causing Meredith and I to laugh.

"No, I wasn't naked. I wasn't naked," Cristina quickly states while we follow Bailey.

George and Alex join us. George walking in step with me. "Good morning George," I greet with a smile.

"Morning, how are you?"

"Pretty good not gonna lie," I shrug.

"T-that's good," He stammers slightly.

"Are you okay?" I ask. He nods. We walk into the first patient's room and see the woman eating two whole cakes. One is chocolate and one is vanilla. My mouth instantly waters.

"Ms. Seabury, what-- what are you. No, I'm sorry. You cannot be eating," Bailey informs.

"What is all of this?" Chief Webber asks, stepping into the room.

"This is chocolate raspberry souffle cake," Ms. Seabury answers. "It is the best thing I've ever tasted in my life. Well except for maybe the banana cream torte there," She points at the white cake. "It's pretty stunning really. Bakeries deliver. Did you know that? Please, grab a fork,"

"Ms. Seabury you're scheduled for surgery this afternoon," Webber informs the lady, who is still stuffing her face with cake.

"We push the surgery a little. Tomorrow maybe?" She asks. "Oh my god, you've gotta taste this,"

"Ma'am you have an aggressive form of lung cancer. The sooner we get you into surgery, the better your chances--"

"The better my chance of surviving," The patient states. "So I heard. It's all very aggressive. I mean it's very," She starts laughing. "It's funny," She laughs. "I have never smoked a cigarette in my life. I have never smoked pot. I have never drank. Before today, I hadn't had a dessert in ten years. I am the picture of health and I have lung cancer," She continues laughing. "I mean come on. It's absurd right?"
