Danica's POV

Recap, Derek and Meredith are together, George's dad got admitted into the hospital, Meredith met a sister she never knew she had, something weird is going on with Burke, and Cristina is helping him keep it a secret, George and Callie are still going through a rough patch. Mark is now working at Seattle Grace I believe. And me, well I'm a mess but we don't talk about it.

We walk into George's father's room, his mom sitting on the edge of the bed. This is gonna be weird cause maybe I forgot to mention that I've met his whole family. "Hi mom," George greets. His mom hugs him. As she releases him she fixes his collar.

"I put out some breakfast in case you kids haven't eaten yet," I smile at her kindness. That's when her eyes pan over to me. "Oh Dani, it's so good to see you," She comes over and hugs me. I look over her shoulder at George.

"Help me," I mouth. He just chuckles. As his mother releases me I put a smile back on my face. "It's good to see you Mrs. O'Malley, you too Mr. O'Malley," He smiles and waves at me.

"Hey, ready for the big day pops?" We all turn and see Ronnie and Jerry enter the room.

"Mm food," Jerry mutters.

Danica's POV

Well Cristina ended up getting Mr. O'Malley's case, which none of us are particularly happy about but we got assigned to a conjoined twins case. But here's the kicker, they're adult conjoined twins. Chief Webber, Derek and Mark Sloan join us on the case. George, Izzie, Alex and I all stand off to the side as Bailey explains the case.

"Jake and Peter Weitzman, thirty five year old pygopagus conjoined twins, attached at the lumbosacral junction," I watch as Mark walks over to where the other three Doctors are, sending me his signature smile as he does. I shake my head but smile back.

"But not for long right, Doctor Webber?" One of the twins, I can't tell which is which just yet.

"The Weitzmans came about six months ago for a separation procedure. They opted out because of the risk," Webber explains.

"Pete chickened out," Okay so glasses is Jake and no glasses is Peter.

"Well forgive me for wanting to live longer, even if it meant living with you," Peter defends.

"Yeah, well you wasted six months of our lives,"

"Oh come on,"

"Thank you very much,"

"You guys came back at the right time. We just scored New York's top plastic surgeon," Alex states.

"Kiss ass," I mutter causing George to snicker.

"Mark Sloan, plastics, and you remember Doctor Shepherd, your neurosurgeon," Chief Webber introduces the doctors. They awkwardly shake the twins hands.
