Everything seems okay now. Chimera is a little bit in chaos. Students are talking about what's happening to the council. They are being investigated, the reason for it wasn't disclosed though. But, I perfectly know as to why.

I'm also planning to visit mom one of these days. I still can't forgive dad but I'm missing them. I can't fully get mad because my love for them is overshadowing my anger.

"Penny for your thought," I heard Joaquin say as he approached me.

They were in our residence last night. I don't know why but her mom seemed a bit nicer to me. I mean, she never did anything wrong but the fact that she never talked to me before and the looks that she always gives me make it weird.

Last night was different. She seemed more interested and we even had small talks. They couldn't believe what dad did too. They talked about it over dinner which made me a bit uncomfortable.

"Come, I'll show you something," he said, which made my eyebrows furrowed. Where would he bring me this time?

"Now?" I asked confused and he nodded "but, we still have a class." Minutes from now our professor will enter the door.

He shrugs his shoulders and offers me his hand. I want to say that I don't have a choice so I accepted it and went with him, but I have.

Like what we always do. He used magic so that we could pass through the wall. I don't know where we're going this time but I know it's better than attending a class and listening to a lecture I already studied.

"Sleep first if you want," he said, "this will be a long ride."

"Sounds great, but will you be okay?" I asked. He looks at me and winked.

"I got this," he answered. Because of tiredness, I let myself fall asleep.

When I woke up his car was parked facing a lake. I'm still sleepy so I cannot process why we're here. He's not here so I can't ask him, where'd he go by the way? I pulled the window down and roamed my eyes in the surroundings, and I noticed that there were no other people.

Lumabas ako sa sasakyan. There's a small cabin near where we parked. It looks shabby and its woods are deteriorating. By the looks of it, it was abandoned a long time ago. It would be nice if it would be restored.

My eyes moved to the lake in front of the cabin. The lake is surrounded by mountains that make the place picturesque. A blue lake with green surroundings and the mountains are being reflected in the water. It's so dreamy.

Lumapit ako sa may lawa. It's calm and peaceful so I took off my shoes and dipped my fit in the water and I immediately felt how cold the water was. You can see the rocks at the bottom. I just realized it now, the reason why its color blue from a distance is because the sky is being reflected on the water.

Sa hindi kalayuan ay may nakita akong lalake. I squinted my eyes, I can't see him clearly but judging by the physique it's Joaquin.

Napagdesisyunan ko siyang puntahan. Umakyat ako sa wooden bridge and saw him checking the wooden boat and I just stood near him watching what he's doing. He didn't notice me, or so I thought.

I was startled when he spoke. "Glad you're awake already. Let me just finish this so that we can row in the lake."

So, that was his plan? Hindi ako nagsalita at hinayaan ko lang siya sa kanyang ginagawa. I didn't expect this to be honest, I thought he'll bring me to a town and we'll try their food as we roam around like we usually do.
