Boscha's POV
Dim light shimmered through the window. I looked over at the desk in my room where the princess stood... Wait...
I sat up quickly and stared at the small princess. "What the hel- erm... Heck are you doing in here!" I said quickly.
The princess turned to me, my cloak in her hands. She faced me fully. "You're an assassin... One of the assassins my parents asked to find my sister." She said quietly...
I stared at the girl, unsure what to say... "uhm... Yeah.. I am... How do you know?"
She narrowed her eyes. "You're cloak. It has the Raven symbol on it.. and you're hair.. You stood out from your other assassins who had normal colored hair.." she spoke.
For a 12 year old, she was pretty observant.. I swung my legs off the bed and crossed them. "You're and observant little girl aren't ya?" I chuckled.
She shrugged. "Observant enough to know you like that one girl. The one with short black hair."
I winced. "What are you?"
She carefully folded my cloak. "You might not have realized it... But you like her.. Your body movement, the way you act around her compared to the others is different.. You treat her with more relaxed, and tend to joke with her more. When you're with her you tend to tense up with her, especially when she touches you. The others you tend to be a lot more serious and tense." She muttered.
I blinked at her. She was pretty smart. "Dam- Um! Dang, you truly are observant." I joked.
She looked back at me. "Hey, do you know why Luz and Amity haven't talked today?" She muttered.
"Kid I just woke up. How am I supposed to know?" I commented. "Wait what time is it?" I asked.
The princess gave me a confused stare. "There's a clock right there you know?" She murmured, pointing to a grandfather clock. The clock read 11:20.
"Hm... Thats the earliest I've gotten up." I stated. I looked back at the princess. "So what did you say bout the lovebirds?"
Audrey walked over and sat beside me. "I'm not to sure that they're lovebirds anymore... They seemed distant... Yesterday they were all over each other... They both came out of Luz's room.. But they didn't exchange any words and they stayed distant from each other.. they barely talked at breakfast..." she stated.
Once again I was surprised at how observant the little girl was. "Well. I know yesterday when me, Willow and Gus got here, Luz and Amity were arguing. About what I don't know... But it had something to do with a relationship..." I muttered..
Audrey stared at me. "They're not together?"
I blinked at her. "I thought with how observant you were, you would've known."
She shook her head. "No, they were all over each other, but I suppose when they kissed Luz seemed a little surprised.. She didn't even kiss back or close her eyes and she stayed tensed.." she commented.
I leaned back and shrugged. "Well, they're not exactly together.. I remember on the way here they brought it up once or twice.. The first time they were interrupted when Luz got shot..."
"LUZ GOT SHOT!" Audrey gasped staring at me.
"Yeah. By an arrow. Luckily it didn't hurt her to bad.. Willow said it would scar but besides from that it'd be fine.." I shrugged it off. "But the second time, Luz said she wasn't ready and to give her a bit more time. Amity agreed... but I think she got tired of waiting."
"That's really selfish of her." Audrey declared..
I looked at her. "Why do you say that?"
"Even if Amity is ready for a relationship, that doesn't mean Luz is.. And she needs to respect that... she can't get mad at Luz for something she's not ready for.. From what I can tell. This is Luz's first proper relationship.. you can tell by her reactions to when Amity flirts and such.. I can tell that Luz normally makes the first moves.. Sense she tends to get flustered easily when Amity flirts or makes any moves.. And the one time I've seen Luz flirt, she wasn't flustered at all... but when she did make the first move her voice quavers a bit." Audrey muttered..
