So these are the writers who don't just write fanfic-

No they go beyond that.

These writers use characters from books, TV shows, or movies you love, keep the personalities of some characters (depending on the plot) and throw them into a whole new world (don't you dare close your eyes).

I have the upmost respect for them because if I attempted this I would probably epically fail.

Unless it was a chaos- but that's a type for another day (or hour...).

Typically they take away these characters powers or give them some new ones.

They may take them out of factions only to put them back in them- but this time it's as rivaling school dorms.

Maybe the hero turns into the worst villain.

But we all love you guys.

...

Even though we may get frustrated that the ships that we are so used to see sailing are taking forever- but still love you.

FLAWS:

Must be executed pretty well otherwise shït hits the fan, and the plot is all screwed up.

Eh don't knock it till you try it.

Some are good at it others will epically fail.
