I couldn't believe how stupid I am, I knew not to let people get to me...but I did and now they were calling mom...unfortunately this time she wasn't away on a case so she was on her way to the school to come and get me. This was NOT going to be fun...

Amanda's POV

I was sitting in at my desk doing paper work on the last case we had been on when my phone started buzzing, I looked down to see that my daughters school was phoning. I stood up and motioned to Olivia so she knew where I was going. She nodded and I slipped out of the room and into the break room to take the call.

Phone call in bold.

Amanda: Detective Rollins speaking

Principle: Hi, this is principle Danvers, sorry to bother you at work, but I was wondering if you could come collect y/n from school?

Amanda: Yes, but is everything okay? Is she sick?

Principle: No y/n got into a fight, and she needs to be picked up, I can explain more when you get here.

Amanda: I'm on my way thank you.

Phone call ended.

I knocked on Olivia's door and went inside. "Sorry Liv, I have to go get y/n from school, they just phoned she got into a fight" Olivia looked sympathetic. "Of course go ahead, take the rest of the day if you need to." I shook my head. "No, I'll go get her and then she can come back here and do work at my desk."

I quickly left the building and made my way to the school, there was going to be hell to pay but I wasn't sure who for yet.

Your POV

I was sitting on the chair outside the principle's office staring at the ground and shuffling my feet. I froze when I heard heels clicking on the floor. I held my breath when I heard mom approaching.

I looked up into the eyes of my blond mother, she didn't look happy, just as I was about to say something the principle's door opened, she smiled at mom. "Ah thank you for getting here so fast, if you could both come inside."

The principle moved out of the way to let us both inside. Amanda looked down at me motioning with her head for me to go in first. I quickly got up and took a seat in the principle's office. The principle shut the door behind Amanda. The principle walked around her desk and sat behind it. Amanda took the seat next to me.

I stared at the floor. The principle was the first to break the silence. "Again I'm sorry to have had to call you away from work, but we do not tolerate fighting here." I scoffed earning a scowl from both adults.

Amanda looked at me and gently pushed my chin up to meet her gaze, she didn't look angry anymore, she looked concerned. "Honey, what happened? This isn't like you, you don't get into fights."

I pulled away from my mother, standing up. "How the hell would you know?! Your never here! You don't know what I'm like."

Mom looked taken aback. "That's why you got into a fight?" I rolled my eyes. "Of course that's not why I got into a fight" The principle decided to interrupt. "We just want to help you, your mother's right, this isn't like you, your a good student."

I so wasn't going to talk about this here. "I have nothing to say! I'm not telling you why! Okay so just leave me alone!" I went and sat on the other side of the room. Mom and the principle shared a look. The principle shook her head. "Well if you won't tell me why then I'm going to have to suspend you for the rest of the week, you can come back Monday and since this is your first fight it won't go on your permanent record...this time."

Mom looked relieved. "Thank you, I'm so sorry about this, I'll get to the bottom of this" Amanda and the principle stood up and shook hands. Amanda turned to me frowning. I rolled my eyes and left the office making my way to mom's car.

Mom unlocked the car and I quickly got in shutting the door. I sat in silence waiting for mom to take me home. I heard her sigh but didn't look in her direction. Mom started the car and started driving, I turned to face her when I realised that she wasn't taking me home, she was driving towards her work.

"What the hell?! Why aren't we going home?!" Mom just ignored me, she parked up and got out the car. I got out and followed behind her. We were both silent in the lift, as soon as the doors opened I walked out, I smiled when I saw the others. I smiled when I saw Olivia and went running over to her and throwing my arms around her in a hug. Olivia laughed hugging me back.

I pulled away when I felt my mother behind me, she tapped me on the shoulder and pointed to the break room. "Break room. Now. Go!" I sighed but did what she said I didn't want to push it. I saw mom smile at Olivia and then follow me to the break room.

She quietly shut the door behind her, watching me. "Please just talk to me, what's going on?" I sat in the chair behind the table and buried my face in my hands, crying. Mom quickly made her way around the table and kneeled next to me putting her arms around me. I buried my face in her neck and wrapped my arms around her and cried.

After calming down Amanda led me to the sofa that was in the break room, sat down next to me and took my hand. "I couldn't do it anymore mom, it was all getting too much." Amanda looked like she was going to cry herself. "Couldn't do what honey?"

I looked down. "Kids at school, telling me your gonna die...that your gonna let whoever the bad guy is kill you, because your ashamed of me, ashamed that you was a teen mom." I started crying again. Amanda gathered me in her arms and held me.

"Honey that's not true, I'm not ashamed of you, neither am I ashamed that I was a teen mom, if I could go back and change it...I wouldn't, because it gave me you, and you are the best thing that ever happened to me."

I looked up at her not really believing what she was telling me. "But your parent's chucked you out because you went ahead with the pregnancy"

Amanda smiled. "Yep, and I wouldn't change it, I love you, I always will and nothing can change that."

I smiled. "I love you too, I'm really sorry."

Amanda hugged you again. "I know I am too"
