Tanya Denali's mate part 10

You had all returned to the Cullen house. You was standing on the balcony watching as the Cullen's thanked everyone for coming and as Renesmee said goodbye to all of her new friends. You felt arms wrap around your waist, smiled and leaned back into Tanya's embrace. You felt Tanya put her head on your shoulder. "How'd you know it was me?"

You laughed and shook your head. "Cause if anyone else tried that, you'd probably kill them. You felt Tanya laugh against you. "True...very true." You turned in Tanya's embrace and wrapped your arms around her neck. "So what's happening now?"

Tanya tilted her head. "Well...Renesmee wants us to stay a bit longer." You laughed. "I don't mind." You leant in and gave her a quick peck on the lips, before either of you could deepen the kiss, you both heard shouting and rushed outside.

You looked to see Irina and Kate crouched ready to attack. You followed their line of sight to see Jacob in wolf form standing protectively in front of Seth, who was whimpering behind him. You quickly ran and jumped in the way, looking at both groups. "Okay, since Jacob and Seth can't explain what's going on, do one of you two want to tell me?"

Irina shook her head. "It's still hard for me to be around these mutts! And now one of them has apparently imprinted on me?!" You sighed and took a step closer to Irina. "I know...I know all about what happened..."

You turned as you heard Leah storming towards you. "I didn't choose it you know! You think I wanted to imprint on a bloodsucker?!" Leah stopped short as her eyes met Irina's. You looked at Irina who looked as equally shocked.

You looked at Leah in shock.

You heard everyone gasp in shock. You looked at Irina, before you could say anything she ran. Kate went to run after her but you quickly grabbed her arm and shook your head. "Give her some space, she needs to process everything...the fact that Laurent wasn't her mate after all..."

Tanya came and stood next to you and you wrapped your arms around her waist. You sighed. "Well looks like we're sticking around for a while."
