The following day you and Spencer spent the whole day enjoying each other's company. You played board games and watched movies and Spencer cooked dinner for you that night. It was so nice to be able to have each other just to yourselves with no interruptions.
After you had eaten, you were playing chess at the dining room table and you knew you were about to win, and you could tell that Spencer knew too. He sat pondering the board for a few more minutes before finally admitting defeat, "You'll have me in 3." "Yeah..." You laughed in response, "There aren't many people who can beat me at chess. It's quite nice to have a challenge." "I'm sure you'll beat me soon. I bet you could memorise all of the chess plays in a matter of hours." You said standing up to clear up the dinner plates and going into the kitchen.
Spencer followed you in and as you were stood at the counter, he wrapped his arms around your waist from behind and you put your hands on top of his, "When am I going to see you again? I don't think either of us could get anymore time off anytime soon." You mumbled sadly, "I don't know... but I'm sure we'll figure it out, we did before. So we can do it again." Spencer replied and kissed your neck softly, you breathed a little heavier than normal as it caught you off guard and he did it over and over again until he spun you around and kissed you on the lips.
You pulled him in closer to you, his lips still on yours and you could feel each other's hearts racing at the same pace. Spencer kept leaning into you and after a minute he grabbed your thighs and lifted you so you were sat on the countertop with your knees on either side of his torso.
Spencer moved his hands to your face, running his fingers over your jawline and under your chin, guiding your head as you kissed and you put your hands on his waist. Without meaning to your fingers slipped under his shirt onto his bare skin and Spencer let out a gasp, obviously not expecting it and he pulled away, "Y/N, we don't need to do anything. I love just spending time with you and being with you." Spencer said under his breath, his face still right up close to your own, "I know. Me too." You smiled up and him and he smiled down at you and then kissed you again much more softly than previously and you jumped down off the counter.
As you took a step, Spencer grabbed your wrist pulled you back into his chest, "One more for right now." He said quickly and pulled your waist into him and kissed you lovingly and you folded your arms around his neck, trying not to smile so much as then he would be kissing your teeth.
After you had cleared up dinner, you both went to bed. You slipped into a lilac satin short and cami top set, hoping to tease Spencer a bit more because it was fun to watch him squirm. When you walked into your bedroom, Spencer was already in bed reading.
You walked over to your bedside table and took out your earrings so they didn't get caught in your hair and you could feel Spencer's eyes look up from his book and fix on you, you turned so you could see him, and he immediately looked away back to his book as if he had never looked up, but he was biting his lip with a smirk drawn across his face.
