It was now early December and only a week until the wedding, and in that time you had completely planned the wedding, Spencer had turned 30, and all of your family was preparing to come over for the wedding in just a few days.
3 days before the wedding and you went to the airport to meet your dad as he was staying with you instead of at the venue with your brothers and other family. "Hey dad." You smiled as you hugged in the middle of the airport.
"Hello my love." He replied happily and then pulled away from you slightly using your shoulders so that you were facing one another,
"How you doing? How is everyone?" You asked as you helped your father take his bags to your car,
"I'm good, everyone is good, they're just excited to see you getting married! Dylan is walking and fully talking now and Georgia has been so excited to see you, I'm surprised Zach and Lola have been able to get her to do anything this week."
You laughed at this, you had spoken to Zachary and Lola and the children a few nights ago and Georgia seemed so excited to be a flower girl that she could have burst. You couldn't wait to finally see everyone properly again.
"So how is Spencer? Still saving the world?" Your dad asked as you drove you both back to your house,
"Just America," You replied slightly sarcastically, "Emily is going to be there too. She's my maid of honour." You added a bit quieter. You had told your dad this before but you were a bit worried about what he might say to her since she was resurrected.
"I know, I'm just glad she's okay Y/N. I promise, me and the boys will be on our best behaviour." Your dad said sincerely but still smiled, he knew what your brothers could be like... especially Christopher. You knew that it was going to be hardest on him.
Spencer and you both had the next few days off to make sure the wedding went off a hitch, making sure the venue was sorted and all of your guests got to where they needed to be.
"I can't believe we're finally doing this." You said to Spencer as you looked around the hall that in 24 hours you would be getting married in,
"I know, but Y/N, I'm so excited." He grabbed your waist and kissed you firmly yet also softly, "I love you so much." Spencer whispered, moving his hands to your face as he uttered your most favourite words that ever came from his lips.
"I love you so much too." You whispered back, resting your head on his chest.
That night you were staying in a suite at the wedding venue with Emily and Una while Spencer slept at the house with Derek, you decided to go with tradition and not see each other the day of the wedding. In the evening, you, Emily, Una, JJ and Penelope all ate dinner together at a fancy Japanese restaurant, "You know, Y/N, you and Spence have been together such a long time now, I forget you guys aren't married." JJ said, laughing slightly,
"I know! I can barely even remember what he was like before he met you! To me its just always been Spencer and Y/N, Y/N and Reid." Penelope added,
"I get what you mean, but at the same time it feels like everything is going to be completely different. New and exciting." You replied, smiling down to yourself and you heard Una gush a series of 'aw's' and 'ohh's'.
After dinner you went back to the suite and watched movies but by the time it was 10:30 you had already fallen asleep, the busy days leading up to the wedding had tired you out.
