Tay woke up to the smell of pancakes. His eyes widened as it has been months since he woke up to the smell of something being cooked in the kitchen.

Hin!

He bolted out of the room and immediately went to the kitchen. He saw a sight that he hasn't seen for a while - his boyfriend wearing a black shirt that hugs his upper sexy back, partnered with a pair of white shorts, and his favorite pink apron that hasn't been worn since he left.

He ran towards New and hugged him tight from behind that he pulled him and made them almost lose their balance. 

"Hin! Oh my God, you're here! You're here!" Tay exclaimed as he buried his face in New's left shoulder.

New chuckled. "Te, you're overreacting. It's not like you haven't seen me in ages."

"But I haven't woken up to the smell of pancakes in ages, Hin! God, I missed this." Tay snuggled to New's neck.

New flipped the pancake as he responded, "Well, I promised you a whole day, didn't I? I will sleep here, too, tonight. I asked P'Ton to sleep over at the house for tonight."

Tay hugged him even tighter, "So you're not leaving tonight, then? That's for sure?"

New turned his head and kissed Tay in the forehead, "Promise. Now go fix the bed and take a shower. I still have to cook the bacon."

Tay kissed New on the cheek before leaving the kitchen area. His smile didn't leave his face even as he sat down again on the table while New prepares their breakfast. He watched New moved around, his smile unfaltering, thinking how much he has missed this. 

New looked at him and chuckled. He raised an eyebrow and smirked, "What is it, Te? What's with that face?"

"Nothing. I just really missed seeing you like this in the morning."

New just smiled. None of them both expected that they will be missing their normal routines this badly since nobody expected them to be apart in such a long time. 

My fault, Tay. I'm sorry. 

He approached Tay and gave him a light kiss on the lips. "So, what do you want to do today?" He sat down across Tay and put maple syrup on the pancakes he served to him.

"How about we just stay in and watch movies or series? Our normal dates on our days-off. It's been a while."

New smiled and nodded, "I'd love that."

While Tay washed the dishes, New got blankets from the bedroom and made a fort in the living room. He laid down the comforter and threw in pillows. He put down the blinds so it will be dark, resembling that of a cinema.

As he admired his work, two hands wrapped around his waist and a head rest on his shoulder. He held Tay's arms and smiled at him.

"That's nice, Hin. Good job." Tay kissed him on the cheek. 

"Thank you. Ai, Te, do we still have popcorns here?"

"I don't think so, Hin. I'll buy now."

"Let's buy together."

Both of them went to the nearest convenience store, with hoodies and mask on, and bought themselves several packs of popcorn. They even decided to have a box of pizza and a bucket of chicken delivered."

Once they are at home, they settled themselves inside the fort New made. Tay then operated the television and went to the Netflix app.

"What do you want to watch, Hin?"
