Chapter 121

Leela tries to wake up her husband. Bani is knocking on door. He becomes conscious.

Leela- "Bani is outside."
He- "Bani should not see me now."
Leela(thinks)- "What's the problem! One side is my daughter and otherside is my husband."
He- "Don't worry. I won't let Bani know this secret."

He is about to fall down but Leela holds him. Bani knocks door and is worried for Leela.

Leela- "U hide in room."

She takes him and brings first aid. She cleans her wound.

He- "U go and see Bani."
Leela- "Blood is not stopping."
He- "I am fine, you go."
Leela- "You do bandage. I will come.".

Bani(thinks)- "I have to break door. I should call Veer first."

She is about to call Veer but Leela opens door. Bani cries.

Bani- "Why were you not opening door?"

She hugs her.

Leela- "I was not getting sleep so I took sleeping pill. I was sleeping."
Bani- "Don't make me afraid again.
Now, how r u? I am thinking to stay with you tonight."
Leela- "There is no need. I am fine."
Bani- "You are my mom and dad. I will not be at peace thinking that you are ill."
Leela- "You are not much away from me. Your house is near, go to your home."
Bani- "I will call Babee. She will let me stay here."
Leela- "I am telling you to leave, go now."
Bani- "You haven't forgiven me?" Leela- "Nothing like that. It's just that people don't like daughter to stay at mother’s place after marriage so you should go."
Bani- "Ok, I can't go against you. I will go but if you feel weak then call me."

Leela agrees. Bani leaves.

Leela- "I wanted you to stay here but there are some problems that need to taken care of."

Leela(to her husband)- "Take medicines."
He- "What's the need for all this?"
Leela- "So you become fine and leave my house."
He- "I have made you tensed. I will leave now."

He feels dizzy.

Leela- "You can't go."
He- "I have alrady given you tension. I should leave."
Leela- "You have given me tension as much as you wanted. Now you should stay here tonight and when you feel better then leave."
He- "If u r sure?"

She nods. He holds her hand.

He- "Thanks."

She looks at him. He removes his hand.

He- "You are still same. You can't see anyone’s pain."
Leela- "You are right. Human never change but situations changes. Even if there was some stranger, I would have done same. I took care of you for humanity."

Bani calls Leela.

He- "Please, keep it on speaker. I wanna listen Bani’s voice again."
Leela- "Atleast you listened her voice but didn't allow me in all these years."

She goes to talk to Bani.

Bani(on call)- "Maa, if u r fine? Are u feeling weak? Maa just take care of urself. If you need me then call me."

She ends call.

Veer- "What happened to Maa?"
Bani- "She was feeling dizzy. I gave her medicines."
Veer- "You should have been with Maa."
Bani- "Maa asked me to go so I had to leave."
Veer- "You never listen to me then why did you listen to her when it was not needed. You should have been with her."
Bani- "Don't make me feel guilty."
