Chapter 51

Bubbly brings the haldi and gives to Leela. Rishi and Veer come there running and are shocked. Jay looks on from far.

Rishi- "Veer….."

Veer runs and makes the haldi bowl fall down. Everyone is shocked and looks at Veer.

Veer- "I thought I have to sit with Bani and ran fast but slipped."
Leela- "It's okay."
Someone- "Haldi is finished, so now what we have to do."
Rishi- "I have a suggestion. Apply haldi from Veer's haldi which is applied on his face."
Veer(thinks)- "I can’t tell the truth to you."
Rishi(thinks)- "God is blessing them."
Leela(thinks)- "I should talk to Anita as I can’t let her do any drama in Bani's marriage."

Anita keeps her hand on Jay's face.

Anita- "I can’t see your pain. If they would have got you arrested then……."

Leela comes.

Leela- "This would not happen."

Anita- "Come Leela come but don't give me speech or warning."
Leela- "I didn’t come here for speech or warning. I came here to tell you that we shall end this enmity right here. We both have lost many things in life and time had tested us. Our enmity is showing effect on our children."
Anita- "You have to repay for your doings which you did years back."
Leela- "You know the truth and why you are not believing me. It was your husband’s mistake."
Anita- "You did a mistake, and not my husband. You have broken my home."
Leela- "I didn’t lie. Why I would lie and blamed your husband? Even now I get scared thinking about that day."

Flashback starts.

Leela is seen in the hospital. Jay's dad, a doctor checks her.

Jay's dad- "Everything is fine."
Leela- "I have to brought up my child alone after my husband’s death."

Jay's dad- "I can understand."

He wear gloves. He tries to get closer to her. She gets up.

Leela- "What r u doing?"
Jay's dad- "Come to me occasionally."
Leela- "How can you touch me and think wrong?"
Jay's dad- "Give me a chance."

He tries to get closer. She slaps him hard.

Leela- "Be in ur limits. I will not leave you for this."

She leaves.

Flashback ends.

Leela- "This is the bitter truth of that day which you don’t want to believe." Anita- "Truth is that you went to him for his help. When he refused to help you, you had spoiled his image."

She recalls her husband committing suicide after reading the newspaper. She cries.

Anita- "Why my husband would leave beautiful woman like me, and go to simple woman like you. You have to repay for your doings."

She leaves.

Leela- "When I did the police complaint, I didn’t know that Mr. Mathur will kill himself. He didn’t think about you and your son. We have to end this enmity."

She prays to God for Bani's happiness.

Leela- "Bani, why u r silent after calling me."

Bani sits down.

Bani- "You tell something."
Leela- "If I tell anything then I will burst into cries."
Bani- "Me too, let me see you like this."
Leela- "You are saying as if you will go to Canada after marriage."

Bani gets emotional.

Bani- "Why girls go after marriage?"

Leela hugs her.

Leela- "I will be always with u."

They hug and cry.

Balwant- "Veer, if u tried the sherwani."
Veer- "I always liked your taste. I never said anything infront of your liking."
Balwant- "You have many complaints with me. I have chosen Bani for you as I know she will be the partner life partner for you. If she feels any pain, then it will hurt me then you will be hurt."
Veer- "I thought my dad came to meet me, but I was wrong. Few things will never change."
Balwant- "You are right."

He leaves.

Jay- "Veer might be very happy, but final win will be mine."

He lights the fire and takes round. Anita comes.

Anita- "Jay what are you doing?"
Jay- "I am practicing for tomorrow, and I will take rounds with Bani."
Anita- "Bani is getting married to Veer. It is over now."
Jay- "I will marry Bani in the same mandap."
Anita- "You have gone mad."
Jay- "I have a plan, I will marry Bani, but before that I have to end Veer."
Anita- "Do you want to murder him?"
Jay- "Yes, Veer will say bye bye to world and Bani will be mine."
Anita- "But I don't accept Bani as my daughter-in law."

Jay convinces her. She agrees.
