Chapter 147

Jay and Mahi’s pre wedding ceremony is going on. Bani sees Mahi’s saree stuck in fan.

Bani- "If fan starts running then Mahi.."

Jay brings Mahi closer. Bani runs to the fan but fan switches on. Mahi’s saree starts unfolding. All are shocked. She is undressed as fan runs in other direction of saree draped. Veer runs and covers with his coat.

Jay- "Bani, why you did this?"
Mahi- "You can stoop so low?"
Bani- "I came to fan side to switch it off."
Mahi- "Stop lying. Truth is that you cant bear fact that Jay loves me. You are jealous of my happiness. You did this with me?"
Bani- "How can you think that I can do this? I told you Jay has planned something that's why I was asking you to not wear this saree."
Mahi- "I don't wanna listen to you. You insulted me infront of all."
Bani- "Why would I do it? I told you Jay has made plan to insult you in party."
Mahi- "Just shut up. Don't blame Jay for your plan."
Leela- "Mahi you have misunderstandin. Bani can't do this with you. She is your sister."
Mahi- "I kept bearing all this thinking she is my sister but now I won't sit quiet."
Leela- "Let's go in room and change clothes."
Mahi- "I will not go anywhere. Bani di wanted to me stand here like this so I am standing here now."
Bani- "Mahi, I request u to change clothes."
Mahi- "Why you didn't think about me when you made this plan?"
Jay- "Let's go Mahi."
Bani- "Jay, you have again become successful in insulting my relative. I warned you to not do anything with Mahi."

She is about to slap him but he holds her hand.

Jay- "I did mistakes in past but I love Mahi and can't do anything like this so keep your bullshit to yourself."

Veer holds Jay’s collar.

Veer- "Bani told me about your warnings but I thought you will not do anything. You have crossed all limits."
Jay- "She is lying. I didn't do anything."

Veer slaps him.

Veer- "You are lying. You tried to malign girl’s respect. How could you?"

He is about to punch Jay but Mahi comes inbetween.

Jay- "Bani is lying. I didn't warn her. I didn't meet her."

Veer is about to beat Jay but Mahi stops him.

Mahi- "Jiju, who gave you right to beat Jay?"
Veer- "Jay told Bani that he will insult you in party."
Mahi- "Even you are taking her side? She is trying to break my relation. You should make her understand."
RS- "Enough. Bani, u leave."

Jay smirks at Bani.

Veer- "Bani, let's leave from here."

He drags her from there.

Veer and Bani comes in room.

Bani- "Why I am not able to save my sister? Why I always lose to Jay? I will talk to Mahi. I can't sit quiet. She is my younger sister."
Veer- "We will talk later."

Bani break things.

Bani- "I need to protect my sister."
Veer- "Bani, control yourself."
Bani- "My own sister doesn't trust me. Jay is winning over everyone. My father doesn't trust. No one trusts me."

She breaks pot and hurts her hand. Veer holds her finger and sucks her blood.
(Dil Ibadat instrumental plays)

Bani looks at him.

Veer- "If u r feeling pain?"
Bani- "Not more than seeing my sister with Jay. He will destroy her. Veer, leave me alone for sometime."
Veer- "I can't leave you alone."
Bani- "I plead u to let me have sometime alone."

She runs from there and comes on terrace. Bani cries on terrace. She locks door.

Veer(from inside)- "Bani, open door. Don't give pain to yourself."

He listens rain.

Veer- "Bani, weather is not good. You should come inside. If you don't come in then I will break door."

Bani doesn't listen and drenches in rain. Veer breaks lock. He tries to hold Bani’s hand but she cries. He puts his hand on her hand. Bani cries and takes her hand away. She looks at Veer and cries.
(Agar tum saath ho plays)
Veer cups her face. He wipes her tears and comes close to her but Bani moves away. Veer comes to her. He pulls her towards him and nods to not cry. He lifts Bani in his arms. She looks at him. He takes her from there.

Veer brings Bani in room.

Bani- "Veer, put me down."

But Veer pulls her closer to him more. Bani is surprised. Veer brings her to bed and makes her lie on bed. Both share eyelock.
(Agar tum saath ho plays)
Veer moves away. Bani cries.

Bani- "Everything is finishing infront of my eyes. Jay is destroying everything and I am not able to do anything."

She cries. Veer feels bad. He tries to console her but can't.

Leela- "Mahi, I know Bani. She can't even dream to hurt you. She loves you alot. Trust your mother."
Mahi- "You will take Bani di’s side obviously. I am new to you. You don't know me. You don't even care about me. All you care about is Bani di."
RS- "What are you saying? Say sorry to her."
Mahi- "I am sorry to love a guy who treats me like princess. I am sorry that Bani di and Jay had past but it's gone. Maa only takes Bani di's side. Why you all can't see that Bani di is trying to break my relation? Why you all people are against me?"
RS- "Nothing like that, I am with you. We will have sangeet ceremony tomorrow."

Jay comes.

Jay- "We will do patch up of sisters too tomorrow."

Bani(thinks)- "I have to talk to Veer that I can't runaway from my duties. Mahi needs me. I can't leave her alone."
Veer(thinks)- "Bani is right. We should not leave Mahi alone. I should cancel plan of Canada."
Veer- "Bani, I have taken decision. Bani, I have decided. We will not go anywhere. We will stay here and solve everything. I will talk to Maa."
Bani- "You were not listening to me earlier then how you agreed now?"
Veer- "I have taken this decision as husband of yours. Even if I take you away from all this, you will not be at peace as you will keep thinking about Mahi."
Bani- "I will always have guilt if I leave Mahi now. It's all my problem. If you wanna settle down somewhere then you can leave me and go."

Jay- "We will settle all matters between sisters."
Mahi- "Papa, see even after so much, he is trying to patch up me with Bani di."
RS- "Thanks Jay for understanding."
Jay- "I am part of family."
Jay(thinks)- "I have fish in my net now. I will do so much bad with Bani’s sister and all her respect will go away."

Bani- "Why are you destroying your life to fulfill your duties?"
Veer- "Bani, you are my wife. Your problems are mine too."

He pulls her closer.

Veer- "I am not doing this as my duty but I care for you, for your family as they are mine too. Don't give “duty” lable to my love, care amd concern. I am not going to leave you anywhere anytime."

He leaves.

Bani(thinks)- "I am not alone. Veer will always be with me. If he is saying that he will set eveything right then I trust him. He will do it."
