Chapter 189

Veer is finding ointment. He is tensed.

Veer- "Bani, don't worry. This time Jay won't be able to be saved from police. I will make sure he remains in jail for 10years. How dare he touch my wife?"

Mahi comes there.

Veer- "You?"
Mahi- "I have brought ointment for Bani di. Can I apply it on her wound?"
Veer- "Why not? She is your sister. You don't need to ask me and also I was not able to find ointment."
Mahi- "Thanks Jeeju."

Mahi sits beside Bani.

Mahi- "It will burn little."

Mahi applies ointment on her wound. Bani winces in pain.

Mahi- "Sorry di."

She applies it on her wound. Bani is elated and in tears.

Bani holds Mahi’s hand. Mahi gets emotional and looks at Bani.

Mahi- "Don't pour water on your wound. Jeeju, u keep this ointment."

She leaves. Bani smiles.

Bani- "Veer, did you see Mahi came here and applied ointment on my wound."
Veer- "I told you one day Mahi will come to you. See she came. She will soon realize how much you love her and all misunderstandings will be cleared. She can't stay away from her elder sister for much time."

Leela makes Mahi eat food.

Mahi- "Maa, can I ask you something?"
Leela- "Why not?"
Mahi- "When kids do mistake then parents forgive them?"
Leela- "Yes, kids do mistakes but it's parents responsibility to make then understand and forgive them."
Mahi- "If mistake is bigger and is not forgivable even then?"
Leela- "Even then, kids learn after doing mistakes only. We can't keep holding kids hands. They will fall and will rise again. They will become independent after learning. Parent's duty is to make them learn and let them follow their path. Why you are asking all this? You want to tell me something?"
Mahi- "No, make me eat."

Leela feeds her food.

Veer comes to Bani and sees her wound.

Veer- "If it's hurting u?"
Bani- "No, it's small wound."
Veer- "I won't leave Jay. Police is finding him."
Bani- "Don't worry. I planned everything for that night but Jay spoiled everything. If he had not come then.."
Veer- "Then?"
Bani- "I would have fulfilled my promise then, Jay destroyed everything."
Veer- "Why not fulfill your promise now?"

They look at each other. Veer caresses her hair.

Veer- "You are here. I am here. We both are alone and door is closed too."

He comes closer to her and caresses her lips. They share eyelock. Bani puts hand on his shoulder. They are about to kiss but Bani pushes him away. He falls on bed.

Bani- "I am not in mood now."

She leaves.

Veer- "One day she will agree."

Jay is standing on terrace. He looks at doll.

Jay- "Mahi, why you had to warn me? Everything was fine. I won't leave you and your sister. Bani have started loving Veer but it's only my right to touch her and love her. Bani doesn't understand this. I will teach lesson to both of them and you know Mahi what will be your punishment?"
