"Are you certain that you're okay, Dustin?" Athena asked.

"Yeah, I feel fine, Thea..." Dustin answered.

A few hours passed since the operation in UnLondon, and the group was now inside the site. Right after the group's return, the captain had promoted Freddie, Drista and Dustin to the next rank of private first class. There was no ceremony or anything of the sort, just only solidifying the rank by the commanding officer.

After the promotion, Dustin was brought to the medical bay by Cunningham, and Athena volunteered to do the medical exams on him.

"You don't feel sick or anything of the sort?" Athena asked again. "Headache, fever, nausea, anything?"

"No, I don't think so..." Dustin answered. "I feel normal..."

"Well, you indeed do not seem different..." Athena deduced on her clipboard. "The readings indicate that you have slight radiation poisoning, the blood does seem slightly different. However, you seem pretty normal."

"In English, Thea?" Dustin asked, not understanding what his best friend had just said.

"You seem fine, but inside, you're not." Athena sighed.

"And... how are you going to fix that?" Dustin asked.

"Umm... oh, here..."

Athena had grabbed a small plastic can of seemingly normal medicine. She opened it and put out her left hand to catch the content of the medicine can.

What fell onto Athena's hand was a small red pill, seemingly not different from any other medical capsule or tablet.

"Here, take this." Athena said, as she put out her hand with the pill to the athlete. "There's a glass of water over here too."

Without thinking, Dustin immediately took the pill from Athena, then put it in his mouth and drank the glass of water.

"What was that?" Dustin asked.

"It's SCP-500." Athena nonchalantly answered.

"Wait, you made me take an SCP?" Dustin's eyes widened in shock.

"Relax, it's a Safe-Class SCP, which can cure every disease." Athena briefly explained. "Besides, you should've forethought about it before taking it."

"Uuuh..." Dustin was at a loss for words, since Athena's words were all true about his nature and personality.

"Anyways, in a short while, you should be fine." Athena spoke. "I... also need you for an inspection of an SCP."

"What do you mean?" Dustin asked.

"Well, I just need you since protocol says that this SCP should be inspected by no fewer than two people." Athena explained. "And since you're here, I wanted to ask you about it."

"Okay, I mean I got nothing better to do..." Dustin replied. "Sure, I guess..."

"Well, do you have any small belongings on you?" Athena asked.

"Why do you ask?" Dustin asked, tilting his head in confusion.

"The SCP we're going to be inspecting is a kleptomaniac, so we better not keep any small belongings on us." Athena explained. "She likes stealing small items."

"I see..." Dustin understood. "So, where am I going to put my items?"

"Over here."

Athena then pulled out a small clear plastic container, ideal for carrying a small mound of small items. Dustin agreed and started to pull out the small items he has.
