The group were sent to a mission in a small town New England, seemingly destroyed by some kind of force. The entire Wolves Task Force were sent by the general to investigate the matter.
"What's this Daleport that captain told us about?" Freddie asked.
"Daleport is a town that had been seemingly wiped out by destructive events." Riley answered. "We're heading over there to find some documents to bring back to the Foundation."
"Wiped out?" Drista asked. "Since when?"
"The file says it was 1997..." the corporal answered. "We're heading over there just to know what exactly happened so we can find some ways to contain it."
"Shouldn't it be contained by now?" Dustin asked.
"Well, it is but we'll have a better point of view if we have some documents from the town." the corporal answered. "Who knows, maybe there's other SCPs involved."
"And what do we know so far?" Freddie asked.
"The file says that it's a highly destructive event or a series of destructive events that happened there." the corporal answered. "Long story short, it's now a ghost town."
"Like Pripyat?" Adrian asked.
"Whatever makes you understand what it is, then yes." the corporal sighed.
"Alright, we're almost there by the perimeter." the pilot announced. "Good luck out there and don't die."
"Thanks for that, Pat." the corporal replied. "Alright, get your weapons and let's head out. The captain's waiting for us."
"Got it."
With that, the group prepared their weapons as the helicopter was touching down to the ground. The group then went out and noticed the other helicopters landing.
The other members of the task force were now going to secure the perimeter in the town. Captain Polonskaya was also present and she immediately went to the group, to which they immediately saluted to.
"At ease." the captain saluted back. "Alright, we're now here in the derelict town of Daleport."
"What's our mission here, ma'am?" the corporal asked.
"The Foundation wants to have a better understanding of what happened in Daleport." the captain answered. "The O5 wants us to get anything that says what happened in there. Video feed, documents, just literally anything that can help us."
"You want us to find things?" Adrian asked. "I'm not one for hide and seek."
"Well, you're already here so you have to participate." the captain answered.
"So, we'll be finding any sort of documents to help the Foundation?" Freddie asked.
"Da, essentially..." the captain nodded. "Anyways, a small team should be enough so our numbers will be fine for the mission."
"Doesn't the gas still exist here, ma'am?" Riley asked.
"No need to worry about the gas, corporal." the captain reassured. "The gas had settled a long time ago, but you need to completely protect yourselves with masks and protective suits."
"And... why's the entire task force involved?" Drista asked.
"They're just here on standby, in case something goes wrong." the captain answered. "Anyways, a group should be fine in searching the town."
"And who will be searching in the town?" the corporal asked.
"You..." the captain pointed to the corporal. "You're going to pick for yourself... choose two of them to go with you. Someone else and another team will be there with you."
