"Me?" Dustin blurted. "What the fuck did I do?"

"You're an anomalous entity." Hurst answered. "I'm only doing my duty to aid the Foundation in defending humanity from entities like you."

"I don't understand." Freddie spoke up. "What makes him an SCP?"

The site director chuckled.

"All those missions that I put you through... they were all tests to see his anomalous capabilities." Hurst answered. "And quite frankly, I was correct."

"What are his anomalous properties anyway, sir?" Riley asked.

"The SCPs I put you through are dangerous enough to kill humans." Hurst answered. "And I see that he was protecting you from all types of danger and cause no significant damage to himself."

"So you were trying to kill us?" Drista asked.

"Sir, what was your intent behind all of those missions you sent us?" Riley asked.

"Let's not worry about that, corporal." Hurst answered, avoiding the question entirely. "For now, I'll deal with him and put him through a cross-testing."

"What?" the group asked, surprised.

Hurst turned to two of the guards and gave them a nod, signalling to apprehend Dustin. The two guards had understood and went over to the athlete.

"Hey! I'm not letting you get to him!" Cunningham told the guards as she blocked their path. "He ain't gonna be your test monkey!"

"Get out of the way, kid." one of the guards told her. "If you know what's good for you."

"Yeah! I do know what's good for me!" Cunningham replied. "And what's good for me is defending my friends!"

"Ariel... get out of the way..." Riley reluctantly commanded.

"But corporal... what'll happen to Dustin?" Cunningham asked. "I can't let him go and get hurt! Not again!"

"This is out of our control, Ariel..." Riley answered.

"He's right, we can't win this." Freddie added. "Come on, Ariel. Get out of their way."

Cunningham was still torn in the decision, then she looked back at Dustin.

"I'll be fine, Ari..." Dustin reassured. "I promise..."

Cunningham then stood down and got out of the way of the guards. Without any hesitation, the guards immediately apprehended Dustin.

"This isn't right." Athena spoke up. "You can't just take him away like that!"

"She's right." Durham added. "It's rather unfair."

"This isn't fair!" Drista spoke. "You can't just take him away just because you think he's an SCP!"

"Right, that's not fair!" Freddie added.

"Y'all are doing something wrong here!" Cunningham spoke up, with Sodokin agreeing with her by nodding. "This ain't right in any way!"

"It's just not fair, bro." Adrian finished, with nothing else more to say.

"I could care less for your pleas." Hurst said. "All of you don't know the first thing when it comes to these SCPs, and as site director, it's my duty to make sure every SCP in this site is contained."

The site director then turned towards Drista.

"And to answer your plea, I don't think he's an SCP." Hurst told her. "I know he's an SCP."

Then Hurst turned to the two researchers.

"You two, I need you to document the cross-testing." Hurst told them. "I want both of you to follow us to the containment chamber of the SCP we're testing with."
