JongDae: thank you ajima. You have worked really hard.
JongDae has finished buying the groceries that you ordered him to. Not many people recognise him because he was wearing his shades. He kept smiling as he felt so proud that he managed to buy all the necessary groceries. He went to the convenient store to buy some medicine, diluted water and vitamn shots for the two of you. As he walked out of the shop, he accidentally bumped into another girl. He dropped his bag full of the shots. The lady picked it up for him.
Lady: I'm so sorry. I didn't see you there.
JongDae: It's ok. I was careless. That's all.
The lady handed him the shots.
Lady: JongDae-ar. Don't you remember me?
JongDae looked up from the floor and look at her. He recognised those lips. Those lips...could it be her?
JongDae: DaHye? What...what are you doing here? We haven't seen each other in ages!
DaHye: I know. I'm here to visit my parents. I didn't know you moved here as well.
JongDae: I've moved here since middle school. What about you?
DaHye: just a year ago. Do you have time? Let's go and have a cup of coffee.
JongDae: sure.
JongDae and DaHye walked to the coffee shop. He paid for the coffee but told DaHye to buy it while he waited at the second level of the coffee shop. She returned within 5 minutes with 2 ice americano.
JongDae: thank you. Sorry for telling you to buy the coffees. I don't want people to recognise me. That's all.
DaHye: must be hard to be popular
JongDae: yep. Kind of. So how are you lately?
DaHye: you must be too busy to notice it. I just debut under a group called Bestie. Well...it has been 7 months now
JongDae: ahhhh I see.
DaHye: what about you? Busy both ways?
JongDae: yep. Been flying to and from China a lot when I first debut. Last year, we did more promotion in Korea so that's good. People keep think I'm chinese which doesn't make sense.
DaHye: maybe you are secretly one.
JongDae: ya! My hometown is DaeJeon, just like yours.
DaHye: I'm kidding. I'm kidding. Don't be scared.
The two of them kept on talking. They realise that they need to get back after talking for an hour. They exchanged their numbers and then said farewell. As JongDae left, DaHye called him back.
DaHye: JongDae ar. I still miss you. I really do.
He stopped walking to hear the rest of her message.
DaHye: I'm really happy when I watched the beatles code, that you didn't forget about me. I want to tell you that I still love you.
She ran up and gave him a back hug.
JongDae: DaHye - ar,
DaHye: I really miss you. Can we please get back? I can tell you still miss me. We can date secretly.
JongDae separated her hands and faced her.
JongDae: I'm sorry. I can't. My career comes first. I'm really sorry.
JongDae then walked away from her. GaHeun...GaHeun...I need her.
