Chapter 61 - Sharing is Caring

You are at the airport in Hong Kong. You were in Hong Kong because you attended MaMa ceremony this year. Both TaeYeon and you managed to win an award. You won the best artist music award while she won the best performance act award. It was a switch for the two of you. You were  relatively happy with your award. You were more shocked and happy when you won DaeSang for the best song of the year award with Good Day back in 2014. However, you have won DaeSang many times with Girls Generation members anyway. EXO won DaeSang for the 4th year in a row this year. You were really happy for them. As JongDae and you have been relatively busy, with him busy promoting with his subunit and you busy with exams and other things, the two of you have finally managed to find a time for a holiday. You waited at the airport lounge. Not long after, JongDae arrived. He spotted you sitting on one of the couches. He walked over to you and gave you a peek on the cheeks. He then sat next to you.

JongDae: how is my wife?

You: slightly tired. but I'm alright

JongDae: you're always tired! looks like i have to take you to see some specialist so you can manage your health better

You: don't worry oppa. I'm fine

JongDae: i still can't believe that SM approved this trip. Sadly I can only go there for a couple of days.

You nodded. JongDae and you asked permission from your CEO to go to Melbourne, Australia because your brother, Justin, is graduating. JinKi had already arrived in Melbourne. It is only you and JongDae that haven't arrived due to the MaMa awards.

JongDae: your brother will have a hard time talking to me since i don't know chinese and english and he doesn't know korean

You: I'm sure the two of you will be fine. JinKi oppa is there to help you translate anyway. he did that for me when i just arrived in korea.

JongDae: alright

After talking for a bit more, the two of you were notified that your flight is ready. As it was a relatively early flight, the two of you will arrive in Melbourne by night time. You were extremely tired. Hence, you slept for most of the flight. JongDae on the other hand watched a lot of movies. He watched movies after movies until he was tired and slept for a bit as well. 9 hours later, the two of you arrived in Melbourne. As you were an Australian citizen while JongDae isn't, you separated from him for a while as the two of you went on different lanes during immigration. The two of you met back at the luggage collection section. As you exited the customs section, you saw your parents and your brothers waiting for you. You walked up to them and gave them a hug.

You: mum! dad!

mum: GaHeun! my sweetie! How have you been?

You: I miss you guys so much!

mum: I miss you as well. 

dad: how was the flight JongDae?

JongDae: it was okay jangin (father in law). GaHeun slept for most of the flight.

mum: come on! Let's go. JinKi! Justin! Help them with their luggage! They must be tired!

JinKi grabbed JongDae's suitcase while Justin grabbed yours. Your parents walked at the front while the four of you trailed along. JinKi was talking to JongDae. Hence, you took this opportunity to talk to Justin. The two of you talked in English

You: I miss you so much Justin

Justin: haha. yeah right!

You: hey! don't be so mean to me!

Justin: I never knew that you got married though! Especially at a young age. If JinKi didn't tell me, then I wouldn't have found out.

You: when did he tell you?
