Chapter 45 - Mr Guitar Man

You were watching TV in your share apartment with JongDae. The two of you promised that you guys will spend the night together as he is coming back from China and has the night off to himself. You were watching Masked of King Singers which is your favourite show.

Hummm. These singers are really good. You thought to yourself. I wish that I can go on it to prove my singing abilities.

You have asked your manager if you were allow to be in such show but your manager refused you to go because you could get hurt from going on it. Also, you were in the middle of your promotions so it is easy for the judges and the audience to recognise your voice. As you kept watching, a man appeared on TV that got your attention. It was this guy in a guitar mask. He was singing Burning Goodbye with another guy. You were shocked when you hear his voice.

Wait....wait...that voice sounds really familiar. You thought to yourself.

As you kept watching, you were so moved by his voice that you were literally staring at the screen. Then it hit you when he shouted "yeah" at the end of the song.

He has a good voice. Wait a minute...isn't that Chen??? Chen went on that show??? You thought.

You weren't that sure as you barely hear Chen sing rock. The only rock style some that you heard him song is the solo that he did for The Lost Planet. You were around 80% sure when he was making the sound of the trumpet. You were laughing really hard when you heard his voice cracked. As you laughed really hard, JongDae opened the door.

JongDae: Jagiya! I'm home!

He put down his luggage and took off his shoes. He was disappointed when he didn't see you reply.

That silly girl. Must be watching TV again like a baby. He said to himself. Afterwards, he walked over to the lounge room and saw you watching King of Masked King. At the same time, he could see he was on TV with the guitar mask on. He smiled and put his arms around you as the TV announced who was the winner of the round was. He smiled when he saw that he won. He kissed you on the cheeks.

JongDae: Jagiya.  You were so deep into the show that you didn't realise that I came back.

You looked at him, then look at the TV. You then pushed him and climbed on top of him like a threat.

JongDae: ya! What are you doing??

You: tell me! Are you Mr Guitar Man??

JongDae: what do you mean???

You: are you the man on TV who just sang Burning Goodbye???

JongDae: jagi! I just came back. How am I suppose to know what you are talking about?

You: Hummmmm

JongDae: I didn't even get to hear Mr Guitar Man sing. How am I suppose to know if I am him or not?

You: true..

JongDae: come on jagi. This puppy is very hungry. Can you feed me???.

You: you care more about eating than your wife!

JongDae: you know that I only love you and will only love you only.

You hit him on the chest before getting up to get something for him to eat. JongDae followed you behind and gave you a back hug.

You: ya! Get away from me! I need to cook for you

JongDae: when did you start talking in formatively to me???
