Chapter 52 - The Attention (Part 1)

You heard  your phone ring. You were still in bed. You lazily picked up your phone.

Phone Call:

You: hello?

Manager: GaHeun-ar

You: yes????

Manager: time to wake up. We need to get going.

You struggled to open your eyes and talk.

You: what time is it?

Manager: it's now 11am. We're meeting the rest of SM family for lunch at 12pm.

You: WHAT????

You instantly got out of bed.

Manager: haha. Glad that got you up. Hurry up and wash up. We're going out for lunch.

You: ok. Bye oppa.

You hanged up. You got out of bed. Then you went to the bathroom to wash up and apply BB cream. Afterwards, you walked out from your hotel room. You went to the lobby and saw your manager unpleased.

You: morning Manager oppa.

Manager: GaHeun. You're suppose to check out of your room early. Now we have to pay for an additional night.

You: what time were we suppose to check out?

Manager: 9am. Didn't JongDae wake you up?

You: no.....

Manager: aish. Don't worry about it. I'll just tell the CEO. That might be charged to your bank account.

You: okay...

Manager: come on. Let's join the others for lunch. 

You walked with your manager and joined the rest of SM for lunch at the Hotel's restaurant.

Meanwhile, JongDae and JoonMyun were at the MAMA Artist Welcome Meeting. JongDae felt really nervous. His hand were sweating. JoonMyun patted his shoulders.

JoonMyun: don't worry. everything will be fine.

JongDae nodded and thanked him. All he could think about is how to react to the questions about you and him. He tried to be as calm as he can. If he's nervous, it will lead you to become even more nervous. The MC then called for them. He walked in with JoonMyun and posed in front of the media after greeting them. After the photos, the reporters asked them questions. JongDae just smiled throughout the whole process.

MC: please share your feelings of attending Asia's best music festival Mama

JoonMyun: EXO has participated in Mama since 2012. 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, we have been participating every year since our debut. Firstly, the fact that we are able to stand on the stage with amazing senior junior singer and famous overseas artistes, it is really honourable. it is a great chance for us, and an enjoyable festival.

MC: Yes. You have participated in MAMA musical festival many times. Please tell us your feelings about Hong Kong.

JoonMyun: ah! Hong Kong! Last year, I mentioned that the night scenery at Hong Kong is very beautiful. This year as well, without doubt, Hong Kong's scenery is so beautiful. That's why I wasn't able to sleep last night because I was so excited. 

JongDae: Also, we have come to HK a few times for our concerts. And for the first time yesterday, i went out on the streets with SeHun. We went out on the streets and did some shopping as well as eating a variety of food. I think we went somewhere called Mong Kok? Wong Kok? I wasn't too sure. As expected though, it was a more charming Hong Kong besides its night scenery.
