Afterwards, you were ordered to sit on the side of the stage. You and SeoHyun sat around a table with Red Velvet. You sat next to SeulGi and chatted with her as the two of you were really close during her trainee period. You saw JongDae walking pass you. You put your hand and held his hand for 3 seconds as he walked pass. At the same time, you were talking to SeulGi. JongDae sat on the table at the back of you. He was sitting between BaekHyun and MinSeok. He was casually talking to his members. The performance started with TaeYeon's solo. You admire watching her performance. You thought that she did a good job. Unfortunately, it was too short. Hence, SM's plan for revenge is on. You sneaked out after Twice won the Best Rookie Female Group award to get change. JongDae saw you sneaked out so he stood up as well. BaekHyun held onto him.

BaekHyun: where are you going?

JongDae: toilet. I'll be back.

JongDae walked off. He went backstage to the SM allocated waiting room. This room was larger than the other groups as it has to fit 5 groups. When he walked in, he saw that you weren't there. Your manager informed him that you were in the changing rooms. JongDae sat down and waited for a while. You came out with a floral pink dress. You were surprise to see JongDae thee.

You: JongDae oppa. Why are you here?

JongDae: to see if you're ready. Are you confident?

You: I don't know. The performance will be risky.

JongDae: You will be fine.

Then your manager walked up to you.

Manager: GaHeun. Everything will go as plan. You will be singing Good Day, Party, Good Day. During your second verse, walk up to the middle of the stage.

You: yes manager oppa.

Manager: also JongDae. Since you're here, tell everyone to get ready.

JongDae: yes hyung.

Manager: go and get your make up touched up GaHeun. JongDae-ar. You can stay here if you want.

You nodded. You watched the television as the awards are being presented. You could see that TaeYeon took your seat. You were slightly nervous. You keep saying the lines over and over again so that your Korean is accurate. You also practised your vocals because you had to hold the 3 long notes. Your make up artist decide to curl your hair again because it was becoming straight again. After that was done, you attached your headphones on. You also held on your pink mic which JongDae gifted you on your debut day. You smiled because it touched you. As you walked backstage, the staff were explaining to you how to clip the wire on. You have 2 hooks on the side of your dress. You didn't have to do much because the back up dancers will clip it for you anyway. The staff were showing the back up dancers where to hook it. You weren't particularly scared of heights. You were more scared of sudden falls. When time came, you went on stage. Good Day started playing. You started singing the song. After you finish the first chorus, you started moving to the middle of the stage, where your backup dancers were. You danced to the second chorus. JongDae was watching you with admiration. He was happy watching you. After the second chorus, the music changed, you started singing Party.
