Chapter 63 - The Meeting Before

Thursday  19th May 2017

JongDae walked into the KBS variety building with his disguise. He was nervous as it was the first time he had arrived at the building. When he got into the building, he took his cap and mask off. He managed to walk through security with the help of staff. Then he walked into the meeting room. Before he walked to the meeting room, a microphone was attached to him. Afterwards, he knocked on the door.

"who is it?" yelled JunHo.

JongDae opened the door while bowing to the rest of the crew. The two day, 1 night members looked shocked. They walked up to him and shook his hand. 

"hello," greeted JongDae.

"You're...you're a member of EXO right?" asked JunHo.

"yes! that's correct," answered JongDae

"wow! this program is daebak!" exclaimed TaeHyun.

"Chen! come over here!" shouted Defconn.

JongDae walked over to Defconn. Defconn gave him a hug. The other members were jealous.

"as expected! Weekly idol MC!" stated TaeHyun

"greet yourself to the others," said Defconn.

"hello," greeted JongDae, "I'm Chen from EXO. I really like watching 2 days, 1 night and i'm really happy that I can be a guest on the show. Please take care of me,"

He bowed while everyone clapped.

"have a seat," said Defconn.

JongDae sat between TaeHyun and Defconn.

"Today, the main objective of this meeting is to discuss a plan," said the PD, "Chen-ssi has come up with a suggestion and we like the idea. Chen, why don't you tell them your suggestion."

"ahhh yes," said JongDae, "as you probably know, tomorrow I'm not the only guest,"

"wait...so the news were true," exclaimed JooYoung.

"Who's the other guest?" asked JongMin.

"Girls Generation's maknae, GaHye," replied TaeHyun.

"really? GaHye is coming?" asked DongGu, "she never tell us that."

"it was on the news pabo!" laughed JunHo.

"GaHye did tell me she was coming but she didn't know when," said TaeHyun, "anyway, keep going Chen-ssi."

"you can call me JongDae," said JongDae, "JongDae is my real name. Anyway, for the past month, GaHye has been really stressed. It is up to the point where I would classify her as having anxiety disorder. She has trouble sleeping at night. She would call me in the middle of the night, talking about everything that she is worried about."

"She doesn't seem stress when we film The Best Shot," commented TaeHyun.

"she looked happy when we acted together," added DongGu

"She tries to show the happy side to those around them so those around them could be happy," explained JongDae, "Just for example, TaeYeon noona's solo concert was on last weekend. She couldn't make it due to her own schedule. However, she sent a food truck to TaeYeon, the staff and her fans to cheer TaeYeon noona on."

"heol! must have cost a lot!" exclaimed JongMin.

"she used to be that to always show her cheerful side to me as well," continued JongDae, "However, knowing that being happy all the time could be exhausting. Hence, I told her to be more open to me, she starts to tell me the bad feelings as well. Which I guess it's good in a sense because it helps her relax."
