✰But you know why!
You know! And that's my problem!
You aren't supposed to know,
nobody is! If Sirius were to find out
then I'd be done for,
it's not fucking fair!✰

James let out a long, tired groan, placing his paintbrush down with force. He ran his fingers through his hair before pulling himself up out of the chair.
"Everything alright, Prongs?" Sirius asked, raising his head off of Remus' lap.
"Fine. I'm fine." He grabbed his jacket from the end of his bed, then made his way out of the room, muttering a few goodbyes to his friends.
Regulus. Reggie. Regulus. Reg.
"Urgh! Shut up!" He yelled, kicking the stone wall beside him.
"If you're going to die, could you at least do it quietly?" James turned his head at the unfamiliar voice. A young boy, about a year or so younger than him, was leant against the wall to his side, arms folded behind his head.
"Give the boy some space, Humphrey." Regulus. He groaned again, kicking the wall for the second time. "What did that wall ever do to you, huh?"
A small hand placed itself upon his shoulder, earning his attention. He looked up at Reggie slowly, allowing a small smile to appear on his face.
"Nothing. The wall did nothing. I'm just....mad, is all." The shorter of the two nodded, looking over his shoulder at the other boy that James hadn't recognized.
"Hey, Humph? I'm gonna have a chat with James, speak to you later?" The blonde nodded, before turning away and continuing his way down the corridor. "Evans hasn't hurt you again, has she?"
James was quite shocked at his guess, he definitely wasn't expecting it. He hadn't really thought about Lily in a while, his mind was mostly clogged up with thoughts about...well....him.
"N-No, not Lily."
"Who hurt you then?"
"I-I don't really want to talk about it...I'm sorry." Regulus' face softened, bringing a swarm of butterflies with him.
"That's perfectly fine, you don't need to be sorry. Is there anything I can do to help you feel better? We could go to the Astronomy tower again." James wouldn't be surprised if he was already bright red with blush, he could already feel the heat in his cheeks.
"That would be great, thank you, Reggie." Reg smiled, showing his teeth before tugging on the material of James' jacket and pulling him down the corridor. The pair made their way to the bottom of the Astronomy tower before stopping abruptly when they heard voices coming from the very top.
"Urgh, I forgot there was a lesson on today." James thought carefully for a while before a large grin broke onto his face. He made sure Regulus would wait there before sprinting back to the Gryfinddor tower, into his dorm room.
