"BOO!" Regulus yelled from behind James, scaring the living daylights out of him."You twat!" Potter squealed which caused the others to laugh. James grabbed his hand, beginning to walk away.
"You guys have a good night, don't do anything I wouldn't do." He called back to Humph, Bailey, and Milo who stood, still laughing at James. They made their way out of the common room, and up the stairs to James' dorm.
"Why are we going up here? You're the one that forced me to come to this party in the first place!" The older boy chuckled, opening his door and pulling Regulus inside. Before he could say anything else, his lips were silenced while James kissed him.
"I didn't think you'd actually come." He said, rubbing his nose against Reg's.
"After I told Bailey, she forced me."
"Yes, Bailey! She's my new bestie." Regulus giggled, dropping his head to James' shoulder. He hugged the smaller boy tightly, leaving soft kisses on his neck. "Are there any other Slytherins here except those two?"
"I didn't see any." He cheered and picked Regulus up, spinning him around for a few seconds before stopping and hugging him once again. "Why?"
"Because if there were, you wouldn't be able to stay with me all night. They'd see us and tell mummy and daddy." Reggie snorted and pulled away.
"C'mon, let's go to the party." He rolled his eyes at the prospect, and James simply just laughed.
"Let's go~" He sang, leading them out.

"I know it's not very common to give speeches on someone's birthday in your weird, Pureblooded, Wizarding world, but, in my family, it is tradition," Marlene began from on top of a large table in the centre of the room, earing many laughs, "Lily Evans, you are a complete and utter idiot. I hate you. But, according to everyone else in this room, you're an amazing, beautiful, funny, smart girl, so I shall say that I love you in the hopes that I will not get yelled at," More laughter, "I'm only kidding, sweetheart. Lily, you have one of the kindest souls on this earth, and I couldn't be more honoured to be your best friend. Happy birthday, lovely. You'd better live longer than me, you twat."
A round of applause bounced off of the walls as Marlene hopped off the table, swapping places with the one and only, Sirius Black.
"'Ello, Ginger. I must say when I first met you on that train in 1st year, I thought you were the most annoying being on this planet, you are, but we adore you anyways. Happy birthday, Red. Is that a grey hair I see?" He squeaked when an overly large cup of milk was thrown at him, "WHO THE HELL HAS MILK AT A PARTY?" Laughter. "Jamie-boy. Where are you at? It's your turn!" Sirius called out, looking around the filled room. Reg nudged James in the side and he huffed before walking up to the table.
"Hello, there. Er- I'm not too sure what to say. You're awesome. Always have been, always will be. Don't change for anyone 'cause you're incredible, okay? Um- happy 17th birthday? Your present is my presence in your life, enjoy!" Regulus rolled his eyes and pulled himself up to sit on an upturned desk, besides Bailey.
