I REALLY WANT TO SHOW THE BROTHER AND SISTER RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SIRIUS AND BAILEY MORE (SINCE THEY GREW UP TOGETHER) BUT I'M NOT TOO SURE HOW, DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEAS?

Regulus sealed the envelope of his letter and handed it to the twins' shared owl, watching as it flew from where he was stood in the courtyard and up towards the Gryfinddor tower. He stood there for a moment longer, pondering over the same idea he had been thinking about for weeks. Was he to tell Sirius, his brother, about his feelings towards James, or should he keep it a secret? James was Siri's best friend, he didn't want to mess up their friendship and he definitely didn't want to ruin the relationship he had with his brother.

But wouldn't lying ruin their relationship even more? He sighed, stuffing his hands into his pockets as he turned to leave the courtyard. He headed down the corridor and was just passing the Great hall when he heard someone calling his name.

"Regulus! Reg! Bloody hell, would you slow down?" He stopped and looked over his shoulder. Sirius was running towards him, Lupin not far behind, with big grins on both of their faces.

"What do you want, Sirius? I'm rather busy."

"No you're- not." Sirius panted, trying to catch his breath. "Do you want to hang out this weekend?"

"I- really?"

"Yeah! I want to spend some more time with you." A huge smile broke on to the younger Black's face. Sirius wanted to spend time with him. He could have hung out with his friends but no, he wanted to see him.

"I'd love to." He loved his big brother, he really did. And that was why he had to tell him, well...at least half of it. "Sirius, can I speak to you about something?"

"Sure, you okay?" Regulus looked up at Remus, who seemed to get the message and kissed his boyfriend on the cheek before heading in the direction of the library. "Come, this way."

Sirius led him into an empty classroom and jumped up on to one of the desks, patting the place beside him as an invitation for Reg to sit, of which he obliged.

"I- I, um-" He stuttered, playing with a loose piece of string on the sleeve of his robe.

"Take your time." Sirius said with a small, comforting smile.

"I think I like boys..."

"You think or you know?"

"I know." He replied without a second thought. Sirius grinned from ear to ear as he pulled his little brother into a warm embrace.

"May the Black family line rest in peace." It took Regulus a second to understand what he had meant before he started laughing hysterically into his shoulder. He hadn't told him about James, but he had told him enough for now. That could wait.

"What about Bailey?" Sirius asked after they had pulled out of the hug.

"Um- right. I'll have to end that..."

"Alright, just don't hurt my little sister, okay? You don't want to know how grossed out I was when I found out that my little sister and my baby brother were dating. Ew, gross." They both chuckled, looking into each other's eyes. Before that year, the two brothers had despised one another. They had just been two teens with a horrible childhood and the only thing keeping either of them sane was the memories of their time together. They had once been closer than anything, they were each other's everything. It all ended when Sirius had left for Hogwarts and had completely forgotten of his existence, thank Merlin for the Chambers. Without those two, including Milo after 3rd year, he would have been completely alone.

But they were together again, and that was all that mattered. They had made it.

"Love you, baby brother."

"Oh, shut up." Sirius laughed, ruffling his curly hair, playfully.

"Saturday. 8:30pm. Your dorm." He said before leaving the room, still smiling. Half past eight? He'd have to finish up the study with James five or so minutes early so that he wouldn't be late. Reg realized he was frowning and rolled his eyes at himself. God, he was smitten.

Regulus leaned his back against the wall outside of the common room as he waited for James. He was a few minutes late, but Reg didn't really mind, it gave him more time to calm down. He wasn't too sure why he was so worried, it was just James. What if Sirius had told him? No, he wouldn't do that to him. Just fucking calm-

"Miss me?" His gaze snapped up from the ground and was met with the hazel maze of James Potter's eyes.

"Hi."

"'Ello." He pushed away from the wall and waited for James to cover himself with the cloak. When they had arrived in the dorm room, Reg made his way over to the bookshelf on the other side of the room to find 'Romeo and Juliet'.

They hadn't read with each other since that time in the Astronomy tower just before Halloween, he had missed it. When he turned back around, James was shuffling around in his Gryfinddor school bag.

"Everything alright?" He asked, walking back over. James jumped in shock.

"Shit, you scared me!" He zipped up the bag and moved it out of the way. "But yes, I'm alright."

"Great." Regulus was still a bit sceptical but pushed the thought aside as they led together on the bed, Reg's head resting on James' chest as he read. He never wanted the moment to end, but all good things do.
