ch. 5: Ava's pregnancy scare!

It's Friday in the theater some of students from the fashion class are there backstage Lindsay walks up to Claire

'Hey Claire' Lindsay says

'Hey' Claire says

'Can I show you something that might peek your interest' Lindsay says, ava is walking by when she hears Lindsay's voice and hides behind the wall

'If it's you in another bikini I have my girlfriend for that' Claire says, ava blushes, Lindsay chuckles

'Well it is about ava who had a conversation with Caitlin that I think you may want to hear it' Lindsay says, Claire sighs and turns around to look at her arms crossed

'Ok fine show me the video' Claire says, Lindsay smiles and hits play

It's ava and Caitlin sitting at their work desk

'Did you tell Claire about you know what?' Caitlin asks

'No, how come she tell me about her pregnancy scare but i can't tell her mine' Ava whispers

'People handle things differently you better tell her before Lindsay does' Caitlin whispers, she points to Lindsay

'I know, hard telling what she might do to ruin somebody's relationship' Ava whispers

Then the video stops

'I don't want to ruin your guys relationship I just want the truth to come forward' Lindsay says

then they hear somebody leaving from behind them Claire walks up to the open space and sees ava leaving

'Ava!?' Claire screams, ava doesn't stop or answer her she just keeps walking, then Claire walks up to Lindsay

'Congratulations you guys just did' Claire says, she grabs her stuff and leaves, Lindsay smiles to herself

'My work has been done then' Lindsay says to herself

Ava is laying on their bed on her stomach on her side of the bed with her arms crossed and her head on her arms then Claire walks in the front door and she can see ava laying on their bed, ava hears the front door opens and she tense up because she knows it's Claire, then Claire walks in their bedroom and puts her stuff down beside her side of the bed and lays down beside ava she has her hand on the side of her head her elbow on the bed she puts her hand on ava's back and starts rubbing her back in comfort she sees that ava tenses up then Claire starts kissing Ava's shoulder

'I'm not doing this to control my temper, I'm doing this to comfort you because I know what you're going through and im not mad at you for not telling me that you thought that you was pregnant, can you tell me when It happened?, I promise that I won't get mad on how long ago it was' Claire says, it takes ava a few minutes to sink everything in, then she turns her head and looks at Claire, Claire smiles

'There those beautiful eyes that I miss' Claire says, she kisses her on the head

'It was a couple of days ago actually when we both thought was food poison' Ava says

'Oh ok, so just recently?' Claire asks

'Yeah' Ava says

'The only person I am mad is Lindsay' Claire says

'You and me both' Ava says

'I was about to slap her after I called your name but then i would probably get kick out of college' Claire says

'No you don't do that, I need you around here so that way I don't kill a bitch!' Ava says, Claire is taken aback by Ava's anger she's usually the clam one

'Ok, down girl, don't turn into me or Sava' Claire says

'I was going to tell you that day that I found out but with my class work and helping out in theater I got detracted, every time I would remember Mr. Murphy wanted something or my professor did' Ava says

'Ok, ok breath, Mi amor' Claire says, she puts her hands on her cheeks and kisses her

'Better?' Claire asks, Ava smiles

'Yeah better' Ava says

'Good, now i know what our parents meant by college isn't easy' Claire says

'Yeah no kidding, i wanna have a kid but when I'm college still' Ava says

'Agree, I forgot to tell you something that night that you thought I wasn't ready for kids and marriage, when I had my pregnancy scare it also change my mind about kids because when you're pregnant for at least one day it's a special feeling' Claire says

'I know that feeling and so does half of our friend group too' Ava says

'True, but you know what this means right we have to be more careful for now on' Claire says

'Yeah, I know and I thought we was until a couple of days ago' Ava says

'Are you on birth control?' Claire asks

'Yeah, you?' Ava asks

'Yeah I am, but like they say sometimes it's not effective' Claire says

'Clairly' Ava says, Claire chuckles

'if you need me I'm always here for you and you're always here for me' Claire says, ava smiles

'I love you' Ava says, Claire smiles

'I love you too' Claire says, ava kisses her

'It's good that you said that because I need your cuddles' Ava says, Claire smiles

'Come here, Mi amor' Claire says, ava crawls on top of Claire and puts her head on Claire's chest

'Do you remember the first time we was like when we first time dating' Ava says, Claire smiles

'Oh yeah, I do remember and I'm surprised that your parents and my parents let me stayed home with you that day' Claire says, Ava smiles and Claire puts her arms around ava and kisses her on the head
