Later on, at lunch, I sat by myself, again. I didn't mind being alone, it gave me time to read, I only ate an apple and drank some juice.

Once again, my reading was interrupted by Liam and his friends. I didn't even look up to acknowledge them this time, I just continued to read, until they started to speak and my concentration was lost.

"You know reading is kind of out of fashion, right?" Isaac said.

"How would you know? You've been locked in a freezer your whole life." I smirked. Everyone laughed and it made me feel at home again.

"Ah yes, Liam has filled me in on pretty much everything."I continued.

Isaac scowled at me.

Stiles coughed, cutting the tension. "Did you manage to give your homework in?"

"Yes, I did, thank you, honestly, I think you saved me two weeks worth of detention. That teacher is ruthless."

"Why didn't you do your homework?" Scott asked.

"Well, I was quite distracted last night." I said. I knew as soon as I said it that I probably shouldn't have.

Theo coughed gaining my attention, I looked up and he slowly shook his head.

"What were you doing?" Stiles asked.

"It wasn't so much what I was doing." I smirked.

Everyone looked around in confusion and I couldn't help but laugh at their pure ignorance.

"What's that supposed to mean?" Isaac asked.

"Nothing for you to worry your pretty little head about." I smiled.

I stood up and grabbed my bag from the table, Liam followed after me as I walked off. He quickly caught up to me as we walked into the school.

"Please don't tell them." He begged.

"I swear on my life I won't say a thing unless you ask me to."

"Thank you."

All of a sudden, two boys came marching towards us, one of them snatched Liam by his throat and threw him into a classroom, the other followed after giving me a sly glance.

I rushed in as one of the boys pinned Liam to the chalk board and began beating him, punching him in the face, blood began falling from his nose and bruises had already started forming.

I knew that he would be ok, that he would heal but my overprotective side kicked in and I couldn't help it.

I grabbed the boy by his shoulder and shoved him off of Liam and pushed him into the chalk board instead.

Liam fell to the floor, wiping away the blood as a hoard of people came in and began shouting.

I began punching the boys' face, I felt my eyes grow red and my vision became significantly better, I was unable to control myself as my fist hit his face.

I had always been under control, ever since I killed my alpha I decided to learn control and I hadn't lost my cool since but for Liam it was different, Liam was my baby brother, my best friend, it was just... different.

I couldn't stop myself, I wanted to because I knew how this would look but I just couldn't stop hitting him, over and over again.

In some sick way, it made me feel in control, it made me feel like I was finally the older sister Liam deserved, someone who could fight for him.
