Chapter 36- Liam

I don't know if I'm thrilled or upset. Emily told me she loved me a week ago and then she left for a week to go check out the school in Italy, they really want her to attend their school I mean she wouldn't have went to look at the school because wanted to save up for books and whatnot but they paid for her get on a plane to see the school.

Right now I'm currently waiting impatiently at the airport since she's supposed to be coming back today.

I heard my phone and pulled it out to see I have a text from Justin. He told me he's glad she's finally coming back.

Just as I was about to reply I saw the time and hurried to put my phone in my pocket, she should be coming now. My heart sped up with anticipation to see her again and I felt my palms become sweaty. I'm nervous...why am I nervous?

Looking around people I still didn't see her. Where the hell is she? Suddenly I felt arms wrapped around my waist jumping in surprise I heard her giggle and knew it was her. Even though she's been gone for a week it seems like forever since I've last seen her.

I engulfed her into a hug burying my face in her hair. "You still smell like raspberries." I whispered creepily.

"Oh my gosh Liam you ruined our special moment!" Emily whacked me in the arm. "Sorry. How'd you get behind me anyway I was looking straight at the thing."

"My flight thing is over there." She said pointing to the thing. We don't know what it's called and we've been trying to figure it out ever since she left.

"I missed you." I said and intertwined our fingers together, "I missed you too."

She stood on her toes and wrapped her arms around my neck to pull me into a kiss.

God I love her so much.

"Emily if you could've seen the way her moped around her cause he missed you! It was so hilarious!" Andrew laughed into Sophia's shoulder.

"Shut up Andrew I think it's sweet."

"And you're the one who cried in school because Sophia was sick!" I childishly stuck my tongue at him "You said you wouldn't tell!"

I smirked while shrugging my shoulders as everyone laughed. We are having a small welcome back party for Emily at her house, who by the way insisted on inviting Connor to the party, I didn't like that idea because I don't trust or like that guy.

I cleared my throat and spoke "So you know how I took baseball in my spare time during school?" I paused as everyone nodded "Well I got a scholarship and....I may become a professional baseball player." I was full on smiling now and everyone was congratulating me.

"Where?"

"Florida." I said and heard Sarah laugh "What?"

"I heard that's where someone we all know is going." she mused. We all gave her confused stares I hope it's not Connor. "It's Luke." she finally said.

Oh. Fuck. No.

I still don't like that guy, I forgot all about him and his face until now. I sighed really loudly "I don't care."

"Tell him I said hi when you see him." Emily mocked as she looked away dreamily "Hell no."

"Hell no." I heard someone mock and Emily gasped "James don't say that!"

"Say what?" He cocked his head to the side and looked at Emily with complete innocence. She stood up and walked over to him "Don't say that word."

"What word?" He asked and Chris covered his mouth to stop from laughing as they started to bicker.

Afterwards people started leaving since it was getting late. "I'll walk you home." Emily told me as she put on her cardigan when she heard me getting ready to leave.

"Nah it's fine," I started while walking out the door "I'll have to walk you back home. Not to mention I drove here." I smirked.

She continued to walk towards me and shrugged her shoulders "Yeah so? I haven't seen you since last week and we barely got to hang out since everyone came over."

"What about James?"

"My dad will take care of him. Duh dummy." she hit me playfully and walked to my car me following behind.

The drive was only like ten minutes long filled with pointless conversations. Once we got there I walked up to my porch "Am I gonna have to walk you home?" I questioned my voice filled with laziness and she shook her head.

Emily walked into my house and I once again followed behind and she went up to my room. Where is she going? She plopped onto my bed, laying on the edge of my bed on her back and let out a big sigh. "I wanna stay here tonight."

My heart rate quickened "O-oh okay." heat rose to my cheeks and I was confused as to why. She slipped off her shoes and pulled her hair tie out of her hair making it flow gently past her shoulders just slightly.

Emily looked up at me and smirked up at me "Can I have some clothes or something or are you gonna just stand there staring at me?"

She looks so gorgeous right now. I pulled out a box full of small clothes from my closet and tossed a pair of shorts and a shirt at her. Emily muttered a small thanks before pushing herself off the bed and lightly shoved me out the room.

"Shoo you."

Ten minutes later she opened the door "Where's your mom?"

"She's should be back in an hour or so." I said before turning on the tv in my room and channel surfed. "Liam.." Emily quietly spoke.

I turned my head to look at her when I felt her lips pressed against mine forcefully catching me completely off guard but I went with it. Things started getting heated and I pulled Emily onto my lap making her straddle my legs. She ran her hands through my hair gripping and pulling making me let out a groan.

Next thing i know i was carrying her up the stairs and into my bedroom and laying her onto my bed, she pulled off her shirt and I did the same before looking at her and said "Are you sure about this?"

She moved her hair from her shoulder and breathed out a breathless "Yes..."
