chapter 8 - kyo's birthday pt. 4 shisui

Kyo POV

"Okay Sushi what are we going to do?" I asked. "Well knowing your brothers, they probably did boring stuff like walking around and getting food with you right?" replied Sushi. Woah. How did he know that?
  
           "Uhhhh maybe." I said. Sushi then laughed and said "Then why don't we go to the playground and play for a little while. Just you and me munchkin. Sound good?". Good thing Tachi told me to take a nap otherwise I would be too tired. "Sounds great Sushi" I said giving him a thumbs up and a smile. "Okay I'll race you. Last one there is it." Sushi said. Wait what. Then he started running really fast. Oh, dang I might just loose. Then I started sprinting to the playground and I thought I had it in the bag when I passed him. I was wrong. When I got there, I already saw Sushi sitting on a swing waiting for me. Stupid body flicker Jutsu. "Hey! No fair! You used the body flicker Mr. Shisui the teleporter!" I said. He then started laughing and said "Don't worry I can be it. And when you're older I'll teach you the body flicker myself so you can beat me for once.".

          I sweat dropped again. "You better teach me you big bully.". "What did you call me?" sushi said. Oh crap. The tickle monster is gonna get me again and my other brothers aren't here to save me. "Wh-What I didn't say anything haha" I replied nervously. "I think you did. Did you call your dear big brother Sushi a bully?" "uhhhhhhh no?". Then sushi laughed and tackled me to the ground and started tickling me again. "This is what happens when you wake the tickle monster again!!" said sushi in his monster voice. "AHHHHHH I'm sorry! I give! I give!" I said laughing. "Good. Now come on munchkin I'll push you on the swings." He said with a smile after releasing me. "Okay!".

       After a while of playing Sushi and I were starting to walk back home when suddenly, he stopped and was staring at a flower. I was curious so I said, "What are you looking at Sushi?". He then scooped me up in his arms, picked the flower and showed it to me. "See this flower munchkin?" he asked. "Yeah, it's really pretty Sushi." I replied. Then he stuck it in my hair and said "I have faith that you will grow up to be just as beautiful as this flower. Maybe even more. I also have faith that you will grow up to be a very strong ninja too. I want you to know that I will always be there for you if you ever need anything okay little sister. You can always count on me, your big brother Sushi to be there for you for anything.". Man, what is up with my brothers making me cry today. I started to get emotional just like I did with sasu and sushi panicked and said "WHATS THE MATTER?". "Nothing. It's just that you have no idea what that means coming from you. I really look up to you, you know. And to hear you say that makes me really happy. Thank you so much Sushi! I hope that I can make you proud of me one day." I said hugging him. "I already am proud of you munchkin. Just keep being the wonderful little person you are." He said with a smile. He then gave me a small kiss on the forehead and set me down so we could get home.

Shisui POV

          I had no idea that kyo looked up to me like that. When she said that what I told her meant a lot to her I almost cried. I meant every word of what I said and will do my best to help her get there. So, this is what it's like to have a little sibling. I promise to cherish her always and do whatever I can to protect her and that sweet smile on her face. Man, this little munchkin has me whipped. I just love her too much.
