The Tale of Kyo Uchiha

chapter 39- before

Its been a few weeks since the meeting kyo had went to. More have happened since then, more often as well, but kyo didn't attend any of them. After the first one she attended, some of the adult members of the clan made it known to Fugaku that kyo shouldn't be involved in things like clan meetings. They felt she couldn't be trusted because of her age as well as her close relationship to the Hokage.

Fugaku reluctantly agreed and hasn't told kyo to come to another meeting since. Not that she wanted to anyway. She didn't like the atmosphere of the one she went to. She felt that there was a lot of negative energy there and wasn't eager to go back.

She is currently with shisui working on the body flicker jutsu. In the last couple weeks kyo and shisui have been training together whenever they had the time. Training with shisui wasn't like training with anyone else. She had a lot more fun with shisui then she did with almost anyone else. Whenever they were done training for the day they would go play at the park or grab a snack before going back home.

The both of them were breathing heavily and the area around them looked rough as if a battle took place here. Shisui wiped the blood from him arm and smirked at kyo. All this time shes been using the body flicker with afterimage clones but hasn't been able to successfully land an attack on shisui.

Now she has.

"Well done kyo. You got me."

Kyo smiled and said "Finally! Do you think i've finally mastered the jutsu?".

Shisui thought about it as he bandaged his arm. Kyo walked over and helped him secure it.

"I think you've pretty much mastered it. It's not exactly at my level yet but with more practice it will be." shisui said.

He flinched at how tight kyo was tying his bandage.

Then he chuckled at the look of this situation.

"You know munchkin, it should be me taking care of you not the other way around."

Kyo scoffed and said "You're my brother shisui, we take care of each other. You've been taking care of me basically my whole life. Let me take care of you too.".

Shisui put his hand on kyo's head and said "I'm going to continue to take care of you for as long as I live and breathe and even in the afterlife munchkin. Don't you forget it.".

Kyo swatted his hand away and fixed her hair after shisui messed it up and said with a laugh "Yeah yeah sushi I know. Now stop moving so much so I can help you.".

Shisui sighed and said with a sweatdrop "This is kinda embarrassing, you know having my little sister take care of my wounds."

Kyo laughed and said "Well I am the one that gave it to you."

"That's even more embarrassing." shisui said with his head in his hand.

"All done!"

Shisui looked at the work kyo did and was a bit surprised on how good of a job she did.

"Say kyo, where did you learn to do bandages like this?" asked Shisui.

Kyo looked down on the floor with a sort of sad expression on her face.

"Back when I was with Orochimaru, there were 3 other kids with me and one of them had this power. I don't really know what it was, but it caused him to go on these rampages and when he did he transformed into some sort of monster and attacked people. Orochimaru would take him and put him in this arena and have a bunch of other people he took, attack him to see how strong my friend was. He would always comeback but he would have a bunch of injuries from the fighting. So me and my other friend would help him she would heal him as much as she could and I would help bandage him." she said.
