6-month Timeskip

Kyo POV

It's been 6 months since my birthday and not much has really changed. Things have been going pretty smoothly since my birthday. My family is doing well and so are my friends. Papa even started to give me beginners training with kunai and shuriken practice. He says I'm a natural but that's just because Tachi gave me some pointers and I train with Sasu when he isn't at the academy.

Oh yeah that's something new! Sasu and all my other friends started the academy. Well, actually Neji, Lee, and Tenten already started last year but now they are all busy with academy stuff, so it gets boring around here. Usually, I spent my time either with my mommy or papa when he's home. My other brothers are always on missions, but I see them as often as I can. I also have been able to spend time with grandpa Saru and uncle Asuma. Although, he's always playing that board game. I think it's called Shougi. It looks hard but I want to play with him, and he said he will teach me how to play when I get to the academy.

I've been going to see Ito more often and I really enjoy talking to him even though he can't respond back. My bonds with my brothers have never been stronger. When kashi is here we hangout and play with the dogs and he buys me ramen. The pack and I have also gotten close like I had hoped. Now I have a bunch of dog friends. He also takes me to see Ito a lot. He also told me about his other teammate that died.

Her name was Rin, and she was the girl that Ito loved. I don't know all of the details about how she died but I know it was on a mission. Kashi hasn't told me about his dad yet, but I found his headstone at the cemetery once and I try to talk to him too. His name is Sakumo Hatake, and he is just as good a listener as Ito. Partly because you know, he isn't around to interrupt. But I always make asure to say hello to him and to Rin when I see Ito.

Sushi has started bringing me back a flower after every mission he goes on ever since my birthday. I've been keeping them in my room and mommy helps me take care of them. I'm not very good at it though. We hangout when he isn't on missions too. I watch him and Tachi train together sometimes. I even got both of them to promise to teach me everything they know when I'm older.

Tachi has been doing okay. He just joined the anbu and he is on Kashi's team. Papa started to get more strict with training too and I think it's because of that but I'm not really sure. Tachi also talks to this girl Izumi a lot. I don't like her and Sasu doesn't either. She always tries talking to him when we are out doing things together and it makes me mad. You could say I'm over protective of them like they are of me. She isn't good enough for him anyways.

Sasu has been doing really well in the academy and he tells me and Tachi about it all the time. He's really cool. He is always telling us how his teacher compliments him and how he does good all the time.

From what I heard most of my friends are doing well too. Naruto says it's really hard because kids are mean to him, but I told him not to worry because before you know it I'll be at the academy too and that way I could protect him. He says it should be the other way around, but we'll just see about that.

I am so excited to join the academy for a lot of reasons. I mean I can't bring peace to the ninja world if I'm not a ninja. I also have to help Naruto become hokage. Plus, I want to see what my brothers are like on missions. I've heard they're scary, but I don't see it. They all are just big teddy bears to meme, but I think that's just because I'm their sister. Yeah, that's probably it. I'm the youngest out of us all so they are probably always going to treat me like a baby. I may only be 4 but I want to show them that I am going to grow up to be strong and I want them to take me seriously when that time comes. And being in the academy is my first step to doing so.
