chapter 19 - rescue pt.2

3rd POV

Kyo was watching her brothers and Orochimaru very closely waiting to see who will strike first. Kakashi, Itachi, and Shisui were also watching Orochimaru very closely but it looked like Orochimaru was more amused than serious. He was looking at each of them trying to see who out of the three of them would make the first move. The atmosphere around them was so tense that Kyo started to shake again. "Please calm down little pup. It's gonna be alright." Said Bisuke. Kyo nodded at the small dog and tried to calm herself down.

Pakkun decided to distract her by asking her "When did you unlock your sharingan?". Kyo then looked over to Pakkun and answered "It happened when I was kidnapped. When Orochimaru hit Sasuke and Naruto, I was so mad and scared and then my eyes started burning and then I heard orochimaru say that I had unlocked it.". By now Kakashi, Itachi, and Shisui all had their Sharingans activated as well showing how serious they were.

Pakkun's question didn't distract Kyo for long because then Orochimaru attacked. He went straight for Itachi. He thought since he was the youngest out of the three, he would be an easy mark. But he was very wrong. Even though he was only 11, Itachi was still the youngest ANBU in the leaf village and we was about to show Orochimaru why he deserved to be there.

Itachi dodged orochimaru's attack while Kakashi and Shisui jumped out of the way to give Itachi some space. Orochimaru was familiar with the famed Uchiha clan so he was able to fight them without looking into their eyes. "Fire style: Fireball Jutsu!" yelled Itachi.

"Earth style: Mud wall!" responded Orochimaru. While Orochimaru was distracted by the flames of Itachi's jutsu Kakashi took this chance to attack with his Chidori. He ran towards the mud wall and stuck his hand straight through it and Orochimaru.

Orochimaru spat blood and Kakashi smirked smugly. Until Orochimaru grinned at Kakashi and revealed that he was merely a shadow clone. The real Orochimaru was now charging toward Kakashi about to attack until Shisui decided it was his turn and body flickered in between them and blocked his attack from hitting Kakashi.

Shisui then uses his Afterimage Clones to attack Orochimaru and try to fake him out. While Orochimaru is trying to figure out which one is real, Shisui is attacking from almost all directions. However, Orochimaru is moving very fast and is managing to take out almost all of shisui's clones.

Then Itachi jumps back in with "Fire Style: Great Fireball Technique" which takes out the remander of the clones allowing Shisui to move away. Then Kakashi is back and he starts throwing punches and kicks as fast as he can in order to avoid giving Orochimaru the chance to perform another Jutsu.

Itachi and Shisui figure that out and try to help Kakashi by jumping in and attacking him all at once. One of them manages to stab Orochimaru on his left arm but it didn't really faze him. But little did they know that's all Orochimaru was waiting for. He put a slick snake like grin on his face and it pissed the brothers off. "What's with that crazed look on your face?" asked Kakashi. The orochimaru in front of them then turned into a bunch of snakes.

The real orochimaru emerged from behind the tree Kyo and the hounds were sitting by and answered "Well it was fun playing with you 3 but now I have a chance to take back my prized experiment.". The sound of his sinister voice caused all of the dogs to instantly turn around and try to attack him but it was too late. Orochimaru had gone into the circle they had Kyo in, snatched her once again, and started running. Kyo was also surprised because she didn't even see him move away from her brothers.

She let out a loud scream and that knocked her 3 brothers out of their shock and they took off after Orochimaru and their little sister.

The hounds were starting to gain on Orochimaru because even though orochimaru was fast, he probably couldn't outrun a pack of ninja hounds with a screaming and kicking child in his arms. Orochimaru grit his teeth and threw one of his specialty smoke bombs. This kind of smoke bomb masks the scent of the one who throws it and since kyo was also in his arms her scent would be masked too.
