The Tale of Kyo Uchiha

chapter 42 - enter: naruto uzumaki !

Another year had gone by. Kyo was now 11 and she was currently on a solo mission to the hidden mist village. It was successful and now she was going to make the journey home. She wasn't that far yet from the mist village when all of a sudden she felt something being thrown at her. She ducked down just in time to avoid a big sword which got stuck in a tree ahead of her and exploded. She whipped her head around to see a man standing there looking at her crazily.

"So the rumors are true Kyo Uchiha has made an appearance in the hidden mist village." said the man.

"Yeah, what's it to you?" said kyo standing up.

"That bounty on your head has grown quite large over the years and it would do me some good to have it. So I'm going to defeat you here and now with my Shibuki!"

"Shibuki? Where have I heard that before? Oh! You're one of the seven swordsmen of the mist aren't you?" said Kyo.

"Yes! And now you will die!!" said the man.

Then he threw his exploding sword at kyo once again and she dodged it at the last second.

"No, I don't think so. I really don't feel like dying today." she said.

She charged at him pulling her kunai out.

The man then threw his exploding sword at kyo again which she anticipated. Dodging it she yelled out "Water style: Water Bullet!".

Her jutsu collided with the explosion creating a thick layer of fog allowing her to hide and come up with a strategy to fight and beat this opponent.

After quickly coming up with a plan she put it into action. She went out into the open and face her opponent. The swordsman saw her and immediately pointed his sword in her direction. Then the sword started to shoot out what looked like a scroll with paper bombs all over it. They wrapped around kyo and he quickly set off the bombs exploding the scroll with kyo wrapped inside it.

"YES! I AM VICTORIOUS" he shouted.

Suddenly wood started falling everywhere.

"So that's your trick." said an unharmed Kyo.

She stepped out from behind a bush, sharingan activated and continued "Your sword contains exploding jutsu that can rewrite itself, that you set off at will."

The swordsmen scowled.

"Those damn eyes! They allowed you to analyze my jutsu."

Kyo got into an attack position after finalizing her plan.

"Duh." she said.

Then she went at him full speed. Forcing him to move backward. She was fast. Extremely fast. She started striking with her kunai, which in theory might not be the best way to beat someone whose specialty is sword fighting, but she had a plan.

All she needed to do was get him to activate his sword again, which she had no doubt she would be able to do.

After a few clashes the swordsman jumped backwards and yelled "Enough of these games! Time to die!"

Kyo jumped back and said "Agreed"

As she could tell the man was building chakra for his jutsu she quickly made a shadow clone and it teleported behind the man.

"Water style: Water Prison Jutsu!" kyo yelled.

Suddenly the swordsman was stuck inside a ball of water.

"How is this possible?" thought the swordsmen. Then he turned his head ever so slightly towards kyo and found the answer to his question. They were next to a river. Kyo charged at him not with the intention of fighting, but to move him as close as she could to the river before he had enough and tried to activate his jutsu.
