Oono's Apartment, 13:00. April 10th, 1998.

Moegi and Makoto went to the phone in the living room. The private teacher spends her last day here in the oono household, because the next day she is a family teacher somewhere else. That's not the reason they're rushing to the phone. yesterday's events were deeply upsetting to them and they wanted to fulfill one person's last wish. Jiya, the driver was dying.

It all happened so fast, like in a movie. one minute he was drinking coffee peacefully, the next minute he was rushing to the car, he collapsed. Makoto called the ambulances, who took him to the emergency room in record time. From here, if it could, things only got worse. The next day, the doctor said Jiya had liver cancer and chemotherapy didn't help. The day before the call, Makoto was in to visit, when, at an unexpected moment, he took her hand. This was the point, where the string snapped in Makoto's head. She had never felt so angry in her life.
