Stefan's Pov

*Massive Gasp For Air*

Elena sat up quickly in my arms gasping for breath.
"Hey hey hey shh shh shh your ok" I said calming her.
She didn't say anything she was just still in my arms.
"Elena?" I said.
"Yes" She finally said.
"Your gonna be ok, this is normal" I told her.
"I know" She said smiling.
We both stood up and I hugged her tightly.

Elena's Pov

He hugged me tightly, it felt different. It felt better.
"Stefan" I said pulling back.
"Yes?" He said cupping my cheek.
"In hungry" I said giggling he giggled too.
"Come on the Mrs" He said grabbing my hand and pulling me into the kitchen.
"I brought a few blood bags for me, I have some left over" He said opening the fridge.
He pulled out a blood bag and handed it too me.
"It's gonna hurt, when your fangs push through for the first time, it burns your skin" He explained.
"Ok" I said holding his hand. I lifted the blood bag and put it into my mouth, I began to drink, I kept my eyes locked on Stefan's the whole time. Suddenly I felt a sharp hot burning pain slash through my body, I dropped the blood bag and screamed.
"AHHHHHH!" I cried holding my face.
Stefan grabbed my arms and tried to calm me but it wasn't working, it hurt so bad.
"STEFAN IT HURTS!!!!" I cried screaming.
"I know I know, shh, just breathe" He said stroking my hair.
Then it stopped, I felt them with my tongue, my fangs. Stefan was looking at me strangely.
"What's the matter?" I asked him.
"Nothing beautiful, your just different, good different" He said.
"How so?" I said.
"In most transitions people start thrashing around and throwing things, you handled it perfectly" He said kissing my hand. He grabbed the blood bag and gave it to me again.
"Here drink it all, it will taste different now you've completed the transition" He explained.
I started drinking again and oh my god it felt amazing. The blood trickled down my throat, it was so rich and sweet. Not coppery at all. I finished the blood bag and Stefan was laughing at me.
"What's so funny Mr?" I asked him.
"You've got blood all over your face" He said pointing.
I was about to wipe it away when Stefan stopped my hand.
"No, you need to see how to control the blood rush, come with me" He said.
"Wait I can't go outside" I said concerned.
"Oh yeh, here, I got Bonnie to make this for you" He said pulling out a daylight ring.
"It's beautiful" I said and Stefan put it on my hand. We walked outside to the forest.
